I was renting place for several years. My rent started from $104 per month. Every 6 months they increase rent for about $100. At time I moved out my rent was $388 per month. At same time they have over 10 units available and have promotions for $1 first month rent then $175 per month .I have been contacted customer service to provide me better pricing, but no one wanted to assist.
I think they just wanted me to move out 😳

This is an excellent spot to keep your belongings in. A great area is very secure, and the manager on-site is very friendly. Never have I ever had any issues or theft.
My rate for a small unit started out around $90. Not even 2 months in, it was raised to almost $150. The staff is friendly but I don't support price gauging, especially once you're locked in.

Yesterday afternoon, I visited my storage to get some things I needed out of there, but when I raised the storage blind I noticed that the lock was broken. Someone had entered my space and stole all the items that I had stored in that space. It is truly unfortunate that a place that in its contract promises to be safe and that I should not be afraid of leaving my things there has to experience this type of problem.
I know that I can go to the police and the insurance company and claim what is rightfully mine, but that does not justify that anyone can break in and steal my stuff. I don't know if who came in to steal, did it at night or during the day, but he had enough time to take all the things and put them in his car.
So, my recommendation is to check your space and make your everything is at your place.
Don’t rent space at public storage because these people are rude and they don’t take care of their property, they don’t shovel snow out and they try to cheat you on your bill and when you call in to complain to the upper management they just don’t care about your issue or complaint they just kind of brush it off this is not a good company to trust they are not reliable when it comes to responsibility and taking care of their property they have a lot of thefts and break-ins going on and when you complain about it they just don’t care

Leianne was AWESOME! Tried reserving on-line and just when i was almost done, the system kicked me out. Leianne called me & told me she had gone ahead & reserved me a space. Went in to the office the next day, finalized everything, took me over to my space & showed me how to unlock & lock the unit, then she had me do it to make sure I understood how it worked. She made this a very pleasant experience!

This location has a lot to offer. The team here at Moving Nextdoor found that this location offers great customer service. The members aided in assessing our needs and the needs of our clients. It is also one of the few locations that has a decent parking lot out front. This is great for those who are looking for easy asceses and making informed selections.

I have been using Public Storage for over a year with no problems or issues.The staff is friendly and answered all my question concerning my unit.I had lost the key to my lock and was able to have them removed the old one and got a replacement lock within hours.If ever I need to store my things again I will most definitely be using Public Store.
Leanne was very quick to call and introduce herself. I was able to go there the same day to see the unit and get the keys. Overall, Leanne made it a very pleasant experience during a very busy process of packing up our basement.

Stay away from this place there's people living out of their storage units and definitely stay away from a guy named Jon just a warning he will try to be your best friend but he's very manipulative. Basically I thought he had a place to live but he's homeless and he likes to steal people's stuff. Plus the storage units don't look that great I've seen them for Sanden they're just falling apart.
I needed a storage space on a last minute notice and LeAnn was so helpful! She was also very caring to my situation. I'm thankful that I was able to work with her.
