Unfortunately I had some personal issues and lost my storage, but I spoke to Melanie leading up to the day and she helped me understand the process and possibility of being able to save my unit. For being in such a sad situation her customer service and communication was amazing and appreciate her professional way of communicating with me. We've had 2 storages for quite awhile & you all have been nothing but kind to us. The storages are very secure, in the winter, we had to deal with no lights, not convenient. Nevertheless Matt & the ladies are always friendly & helpful, wish you weren't always making increasment in storage fees, otherwise we'd stay longer, but we did move to Pueblo. Great place to rent! I've been with this storage unit for about a year now idk but I've really never had an issue with them. Matt always has helped me out. And always communicates with me. I really like that. Tory assisted me with my rental unit and the process was seamlessly smooth!! She was knowledgable, attentive, patient and her customer service was First Class!! I will never rent from this storage again. Rude people, didn't get myyy money back from the lock and key and is useless to me, couldn't access to my belongings after a certain time which I had to go without. Kept giving me the run around. Over charged me after I had signed up for the $14 a month. Got screwed over all the way around.
Great location but night time looks very scary with many different cars passing and you got to walk in and out building to get your stuff. You just don't know...Need a gate to lock entire property where ever you must leave a door open etc but besides that. Great location and prices

No resources to put in a new light bulb. So my movers had to move all my stuff in the dark, using their phones for light. And then two days later I had to do the same thing. That was after notifying the fact that there was no light in the storage unit... very disappointed.

Very respectful employee (Matt) he truly understood when things out of our control happen and end up leaving us no choice but to head to a funeral rather than to pay a storage unit. I am beyond grateful for hia patience and overall just flat out compassion, empathy and kindness. Based on that alone I would ALWAYS RECOMMEND PUBLIC STORAGE TO ANYONE ASKING AROUND.
Great service and friendly staff I would recommend if need to get a storage
I had difficulty with the website. It really needs some work on it. I had to go down and have Ashley at Edison help me. She did try to help me do it on my phone with the internet. But she ended up having to input it at the computer at the facility. I haven't yet been to the other place I actually rented from because I wanted temperature regulation and it wasn't at the place she was at but I'll tell you the way she treated me I would have jumped at that instead if they had it. Ashley was great! Wonderful attitude and has a heart of gold! I'm giving this a three not because of her service she would get a five. The computer internet not functioning is the biggest reason why.

Rude & very bad they don't even respect disabled people or handy capped people, plus telling me how I have to pack my storage unit. Saying they need to see all the way thru the unit! There's no agreement I signed as to the rules & the corporate rules r the same & don't say I have to pack it a certain way.!
My husband and I have one of the 24-hour storages here it's great we can access it anytime the management is very kind and understanding he works with you if you need very satisfied
