Great experience at this Public Storage facility! The facility is clean, secure, and has great staff. And even though a cylinder lock is recommended, the staff kindly took time to helping me understand why. Russell was super helpful with my move-in, answering all my questions and making the process easy — highly recommend!

Best price I found in this area and especially for a convenient first floor unit. I also really enjoyed the customer service Russell provided. He was really great to work with.

What can i say? ease of access, a good workout with only two carts (don't worry, the employees will tell you they saw one "over there"), and amazing advice right off the bat (you have flood insurance right?).

This place is horribly managed. I scheduled a move- out on two different days and both times no one showed up to the rental office. No one is ever in the rental office to assist with move-ins or outs.

Recently, I had a particularly excellent experience with two of this location’s employees, Russ and Morgan. I have had multiple storage spaces there for many years, stretching back to the company previous to Public Storage. Out of all the managers I have seen there, these two are by far the best. They are professional, friendly, and provided top notch customer service. I recommend this location quite highly!

This place is horrible don’t use! They don’t inform you of the elevator being out of service. When trying to use the stairs to at least gain access to my unit you aren't able to without an employee. I tried multiple times to contact a property manager or employee to access the stairwell and can’t get an answer. First and last time I personally will ever use Public Storage!

The process was smooth and easy. I even had to upgrade to a bigger size on move in day. Russell made the experience easy. He did a great job moving me around. Highly recommend this location and Russell as well.

Russell and the team have been super sweet and always willing to help me out. I'm very grateful for everyone there and the hard work they do.

Been at this location for some time now and was in need to move up in space size. I’m a working drummer in Denver had to get more space for my gear. I recommend everyone to work with Morgan. Moved from a 5x5 to 5x10 and Morgan made the transfer so easy. He was able to find a unit that was only down the hall. So the move and transfer was easy and I was done under an hour. Very considerable and understanding employee who knew my situation and found a space that great and saved me a little money. Thanks Morgan. From one Metal music lover to another YOU ROCKED! I have been using this storage unit for a couple years. It was time for me to move my stuff out after a long emotional week. I showed up and didn’t have access, and was greeted by Morgan in the office. He was amazing! He talked through my access issue and we were able to resolve that quickly. I was very emotional as it had been a long stressful week and this was part of it. He showed amazing kindness, compassion, and empathy. I’ve been in customer service for almost 30 years and you don’t find people like this in customer service anymore. He’s truly an asset to your team!

Greedy company, keep raising Rent for no reason, their hidden fees should be investigated. Employees doing drugs, you can never found them.

Just finished two days of a panic end-of-month move from one locker to a smaller one. Russell and Hillary both provided advice and encouragement designed to make the move smooth and even enjoyable. They both seemed genuinely interested in helping me work through some kinks to get a positive outcome. I really appreciated their good nature and "extra mile" efforts! Thank you Russell! Thank you Hillary! Also noticed that solar panels were being installed, apparently at all PS locations. Yay!!

BEWARE! These folks will jack up your rates by 48% after 6 months. It just happened to me despite the on site manager assuring me that would never be more than 5-10%. Don’t trust them- go anywhere else!

The first one or two years at this Public Storage were fine and we didn't really have any issues. However in the last year, I feel like things have went downhill and that's why we decided to look at other options for storage. We had a pair of skis stolen out of our unit back in the fall. There is a very slim gap between the neighboring unit that apparently they could slip their hand through and take them. It seemed like this was a 'sorry, nothing we can do' situation to them which was the start of our disappointment with the facility. The front gate hasn't been working for ages and I don't think they have any intentions of fixing it (or at least when I tried to exit from the front gate in early to mid May, it still wasn't working). It seems like every other time we came by our unit, one of the facility doors wasn't working. They would frequently raise rent and it was 50/50 if they'd actually be around during office hours as well. The last annoying part is having to pay full rent even if you move out the first day of the month. I understand it's apart of your lease agreement and all that, just seems like a bad way to do business. I hope the facility improves but it seems like basic maintenance & theft is the least of their worries lately.

In the last two years, I’ve been dealing a lot with Russell at the 3401 Industrial Ln. Public Storage in a lot of capacities asking questions renting multiple storage units and just asking advice and support and I wanted to let you know that he has been above and beyond one of the best public service Customer service representatives I have found in a very long time and in this day and age. Most people nowadays do not care what a customer thinks or what a customer needs. He has proved himself above and beyond to always be there whenever we need help and giving us some of the best advice we had It’s always a privilege to go there and see his smiling face. Ever since Russell became the property manager at this location, the cleanliness and service has increased dramatically. Just now I was informed that they are receiving duplicate payments so that our choir can make that correction. When I had an issue with a burst pipe in another unit, his assistance was Mission critical.

The interiors are relatively clean. What I haven't been very pleased with is how Public Storage jacks up the lease price every six months. On top of that, the manager hasn't fixed the gate box near the office in months. Stair access could be better too but that's just how the place was built. Once another price increase comes, I'll leave.

HEADS UP! This place looks secure and the folks working here are very nice, but we were broken into at some point last year and just realized it. They took the lock panel off and then put it back on from the outside so it looked normal. They were unable to take anything large because of a cabinet blocking the doorway but they went through a lot of boxes and took some random small items. They broke quite a bit of things too. We think they were looking for personal info... Probably someone who is renting or working there who let their friends in! -> Considering you have to have code to enter parking lot and to enter building.

Need movers? We know the facility! Great staff and access. Come on down folks

Literally the worst storage facility location I have ever used. Gates always broken. Elevator always down, and there is no stair access. No customer service ever available, and the people in the office never have answers ( and the “district manager”…who apparently has the answers…is NEVER available). This place is a joke. Also, mouse/rat infested. Extra Space storage right next door has been 1000x better. Find a different facility.

I was happy until they started to raise the price every year too high for me.

This is an awesome location! I’ve worked with clients here in the past (I’m in the business of organizing and decluttering) and recently got my own unit here. It was such an easy and joyful experience. Russell is who took care of me and he was so kind, quick, and attentive. It was such a quick process and the building is in pristine condition. I feel safe having my belongings there and being a female showing up at night puts ease on my worries. I highly recommend this storage facility! Great staff and very affordable.

This was my first time renting a storage unit. Russell helped me by giving me all the information I could want and kindly showing me to my unit. He was very professional and provided A+ service. I would definitely recommend this location.

Someone climbed in over the top of my storage unit and got into my stuff! No help from management! Only response is “ you have rental insurance “! This place is a total JOKE!

To be clear: this is a review of Public Storage, NOT the on-site staff. Everyone I've interacted with onsite has been very kind and as helpful as possible. The problem is, with corporate ownership there are limits on how helpful they can be. I received an email stating that my rent would be increasing on MARCH 1st ($109 to $133). When I called the Broomfield office they were nice, but they told me there was nothing they could do about rates and that I should call corporate. After trying multiple numbers and going through the phone tree multiple times I was only connected to a real human after going through the Sales prompt (🙄). They told me they could delay my rent increase by giving me a credit for the months of March, April, and May. I then received an email stating that my rent for February would be *discounted* from $133 to $109 (my rent for February was only supposed to be $109). When I called again to tell them that they had increased my rent a month earlier than they were supposed to they said they made an error and that I should call back before I got my bill for May so they could give me the appropriate credit for that month. End of April rolls around and the discount for May is not on my bill. I called again and after looking at all the notes they agreed there was supposed to be a discount for May. They say that they've put the discount in their system and to call if there are any issues. May 1st I'm billed the full $133. I call and the girl says I'm correct in that there should have been a discount, but she needs to transfer me to a supervisor so they can apply it. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes I'm transferred to a supervisor who is incredibly condescending and rude. I was honestly taken aback because everyone had been so kind and understanding so far. He said he submitted a request for a discount, but there's no guarantee it will be "approved" (as if they hadn't already approved it from the beginning). He also said, "The paperwork you signed stated that we have the right to raise your rent at anytime WITHOUT notice." Then I received an email saying that my "rental decrease request" was denied. I will never use Public Storage again. I hope it was worth losing a customer over $24.

We rented a storage unit here for 2 years. Over that time, rent more than doubled from $55/mo to $135/mo. They put increases in every few months so you don't realize it's going up. Would not recommend.

Russell was great to work with. I probably came in like a storm on his first day in this location looking to get a second unit, but he was calm and delightful. Would suggest!

I liked this place a lot more when it was locally owned. Now that public storage owns it, gates are always broken, and garage doors don't always work when you need to wheel bigger things out.

Russell helped my boyfriend and I pick the best unit that fits all our needs. He was very friendly, took into account our main concern (we have a huge couch and needed a unit with the easiest access) and quickly offered a solution. Couldn’t be better, thank you!

If you try to change your payment method over the phone with a representative, don't trust them to actually do it. They won't complete the process, or notify you that the autopay didn't work, until they charge you a late fee. Absolutely disgusting.

Russell was awesome at Public Storage! We moved to town last night, came here this morning, Russell got us set up in the perfect unit cleaned it up and we were good to go at the best price! So many other storage companies are like paying the mafia!! Thanks Russell for making this easy!!

So far our experience here has been fantastic. Kim went above and beyond in helping me make a last minute change to my storage unit and very accommodating in showing me around the property, explaining the move in / out process etc. Great location as well!

Horrible customer service. Was loading boxes into my unit at around 8:50, and didn’t realize it had hit 9:00. Was trying to re-enter my unit at 9:01 to simply lock it and leave, but I was not allowed to. Every time I attempted to enter, it prompted me to call the customer service number to get access after-hours. The woman on the phone was insanely unhelpful, and just told me “tough luck” basically. It was within minutes, literally, of closing. Apparently they’d rather me leave my items unsecured. Ridiculous.

Don’t rent here! First, they never answer there phones and when you leave a message for “management to get back to you” they never call you back. Also no one is ever in the office or the door is locked. Second, several months ago they smoothed out the concrete out side my unit and all of my stuff got covered in silica dust. If you don’t know what that is it’s very bad to breath in! They told me a company would contact me to clean it out. That never happened. They did end up giving me a couple months rent free… which leads to my third reason. Third! After my free month they increase my rent 116%. They claimed they mailed me a letter saying my rent was increasing, but I never got that. Every other communication is through email but they try to sneak rent increase in by sending it the the mail. Again very poor experience. On moving out though the lady who helped me was very kind and helpful, but had no power to do anything to keep a customer happy.

Her customer service skills are excellent we need more of that these days. She answered all of my questions and gave me more than enough information to make me feel secure with reserving with this company instead of still calling around! Will refer my friends and family!

Their gate access breaks a lot. It lets you in. Not out. You need to call to get out but the office is not open all the hours the gate is. You can get locked in overnight. Also their lock holes are cut horribly for their locks. It takes a lot of pressure to get it in. Also their carts don't turn
