I am so happy and relieved that I made the choice to put my belongings in storage at the 64th and Eldridge location until I can find a permanent home. I currently have 3 units at this location. Hanne has been especially pleasant and helpful. She helped me get started and has been an ongoing source of reassurance that my belongins are safe. It is always nice to see her smiling face as she walks around the property ensuring everything is in order. I highly recommend this Public Storage location!

If you can stomach the nickel and dime fees they drill you with, then rent here . Seams secure enough and clean, but not easily accessible . There are cheaper and much more accessible places around , I think I will be canceling my unit .

I had a great experience getting a storage unit at this location. Mark and Alex went out of their way to make me feel welcome! I think Mark was new and was going through training, but you couldn’t ask for a nicer guy to work with. Alex and Hanne were patient with him and helped him complete our transaction. After I completed moving everything in I had some follow up questions and had another transaction to make. Mark had anticipated this and had everything ready when I walked back in! I have been a customer service professional for a very long time so I know what good customer service looks like. I left with a smile on my face. Great experience!

I reserved my storage unit over the phone, utilized the public storage app, and I was very pleased with the location! Everything was great from the cleanliness of my storage unit to the property itself which is well maintained. I never had to stress or worry about my belongings, I felt that they were safe and secure here. Additionally, Honee- Property Manager, was very helpful over the phone.

Pricing from the original booking was not honored. Never entered the storage unit. Disputed with Public Storage customer service. Never received contact back after asking for copy of the taped call. Disputed with my credit card. Credit card reversed the charge. Public Storage sent me to collections for the storage unit I never entered. Never never never do business with Public Storage.
Keeps raising rent
Facilities were good, the representatives Hanne and Mike were absolutely the best!
My only complaint is the prices were jumping up rapidly and exponentially! This is the only reason I left to a cheaper unit of the same size. The 5 stars was for the representatives caring, kindness and professionalism.

They give you a decent price up front but then a few months in they raise the price to an outrageous amount. It's a classic bait and switch. I'm moving out to a place that I'd over $50 less for a bigger space. Such a waste of time moving in and moving out a few months later. I suggest finding storage elsewhere.

My second time renting from this company at the same location. It is clean and I appreciate the app for convenience, but for a 10x10 space that started at ~$170/month and jumped to $233, it is not worth it. Felt like I was penalized for being loyal and paying on time. That was an over 35% increase.
One compliment for this facility was Bethey. She made check for efficient. She was very professional.

I have had nothing but the best experience since signing up with public storage with the help Cierra L. She's been nothing but helpful and kind and very informative about the the property and the different ways to access the gates and my storage unit. More than that she keeps the property spic and span really clean. She's always been hospitable and helpful I would recommend public storage to anyone due to her professionalism and care.

Public Storage is great. They are located where you need them, the online app is easy to use, and the price is fair. Staff is great too. Jojo in the 64th ave location in Arvada was super helpful when I needed to upgrade to a bigger unit. Got it done in minutes with no hassle.

Incredible customer service and very warm and welcoming staff. Jojo is a lifesaver and very easy to work with, she will try to do anything in her capabilities if there's a problem with anything. I can't even begin to express how much of an impact she made when I was going through difficult situations that I saw no way out of.

Good secure access, clean grounds.
Masters of deception. I responded to their advertisement for a 10 x 20 ft storage unit. After viewing 4 available units, the longest one was only 10 x 18 ft. My classic vehicle is 18ft. The bumpers would have to come in contact with the back drywall to clear the roll up door. The only unit they had that would work was $70 more a month.
Sad part is, the Manager knows about this deception. Advertising and charging for 200 sq ft, and delivering 180 sq ft or less.
Caviat Emptor.
