I recently had the pleasure of renting a unit at this Public Storage location, and I was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by the immaculate cleanliness and meticulous maintenance of the entire facility. It truly sets a high standard for what a storage facility should be.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to address all my inquiries, ensure I had the appropriate unit size for my needs, and streamlined the entire rental process. Their genuine care for their customers was evident in every interaction.
But what truly sets this place apart is its exceptional location. It’s conveniently situated near major highways, making it effortless to access and retrieve my unit. This convenience saved me a significant amount of time and hassle.
The overall experience was simply outstanding. I felt secure knowing that my belongings were safe and sound.

We needed storage and was able to a last minute spot. Location was great and near freeway and 15 minutes from UC Davis. My complain was that we did not get the gate access even after the payment and email confirmation. The staff onsite cannot help until 9:30 am but the support online was great. The app really sucks and it does not first time unless you delete and re-installed the app again which is horrible experience. The gate access finally work after someone manually text/email after 10 am and app work after re-installed.
Paz rocks!I had trouble with the app starting up my rental and he was super helpful! Go here if you need a space. Clean and easy access for sure!

I time I keep getting emails saying I stayed longer at west Sacramento location and I knew I did not I went in the office and talk to the guy and he was calm with me said mr.hawkins let me check into and he did and come to find out it was the system tripping... thank you

Property is always clean well lit up at night easy access off and on the freeway the employee James is very polite informative about the units prices and very helpful about the needs of the customers will definitely refer friends and family to rent there

They started me off at a competitive rate, and 4 months later slapped me with a 26% increase in fees. Once they get you in, then they take advantage of the fact that it's going to be such a hassle to move to another location.
James is awesome. I had several questions and concerns about getting a public storage space and James was very professional and explained to me in great detail everything I needed to know about the facility, the storage sizes, and made me feel more comfortable about the safety of my items being stored. I am definitely glad that I chose this place versus the other storage options available.

I wish I could give 0 stars, had a terrible experience here. 2 days into renting out a 10x10 my unit got broken into and tons of items stolen. I am still in the process trying to get compensated, however I do not recommend trusting this storage place. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience.
Been here a month already got my unit broken into and the two next to me were as well the cheap locks there's no alarms the cameras are wouldn't recommend this place for anything

Good place to hide your secrets
Our landlord asked us to move out half a month early and we needed a storage unit to place all our stuff. Deneia, Carla and John were all super friendly and helpful.
Denenia provided EXCELLENT service over the phone and in person. Very accommodating and showed me the space before hand to make sure it was what I needed. All round excellent service
Shoutout to John, the facility manager for amazing service! Had to drive to this location after the Davis office was closed and he did everything possible to grant me access to my storage unit at Davis. From troubleshooting the eRental service with me to calling the main Public Storage offices to ensure I got the email I needed for my unit, he was able to get me everything I needed even when I was on a time crunch. 10/10 recommend if you need a storage unit in the area!

I stored with Public Storage for a few years and had a great experience. While I didn’t deal with the staff much during my stay, I did speak with John during my move-out. He was very professional and courteous. I called him after hours with a question and he called me right back with the answer.
