A really nice storage facility. Very clean, secure and weather protected. The folks who manage it are very friendly, helpful and professional. I highly recommend this facility.

I've had the pleasure of working with the manager of Pocket Road Storage, named Maria, for years and I can confidently state that she has always been an asset for the company and that she would make a great district manager.

Loved the service. Extremely clean. Greeted by someone called Kellie who was very friendly. Excellent service and killer smile.

Never saw staff for the first 2.5 weeks and had difficulty getting started and using the elevators. Flimsy storage and locking system. Open area at top of unit allows for theft. My storage number NOT painted on the wall directions so without available staff, it was difficult to find. The directions emailed to me reported my storage to be on 1st floor when it actually was 3rd floor. Entrances to the inside should be marked as "no parking" because people park in front blocking others in and out. I needed to Wait for 40 minutes until the egocentric renter finally and angrily moved the vehicle. Lastly, I am older and have kidney issues but could not use the on-site bathroom. I would have changed to a different facility but I got a great deal online, so I stayed.

The Public Storage on 57th Street is good, I've used them before. This time I have a smaller unit, inside on the 3rd floor. They leave a cart which really helps you minimize your trips to your unit. Just know that the app will not help you get into the facility (ignore the signs that say you can do it all with your phone - you can't). You have to exit your car and punch in your code in the orange box.

Fine place to rent. Very clean storage space. Good communication with property management. À+

I've been with public storage since June or so and found myself in a pickle! When I called about an increase on my rent (I forgot that the rental agreement mentions it) Jordyn was so nice to help me out and put in a request for a rent decrease! Thank you Jordyn!

Yes Good Service & Quality

It’s a good facility, other than feeling like you might get trapped in the elevator haha! The google hours listed do not match the business hours. I was in a rush to get a storage and after I signed up and loaded my unit, I tried to access it and the facility was closed. They close very early, like 6pm? It’s frustrating because I would like to be able to access my belongings later than that. The listed 9pm time would be plenty sufficient, however that’s not the case.

This place is awesome. Received excellent customer service and everything was quick and efficient. However, I'm still receiving phone calls about my unit and they knew I was moving out and yet their still charging me it makes no sense. The new owners are money hungry. They could've auctioned my stuff and made more than enough money to have payed for the cleaning and to hold the stuff that was left to storage costs so the fact that their still calling me and charging me tells me they don't care and act like they didn't know when they did.

I rented a space today. My name is Michael Pereira. Erica was incredible. So friendly and efficient. She led me through setting up the Public Storage App. While I was not happy with the National Reservation person, Erica won me back with her knowledge and personality.

September 3, 2022 I had an agreement for $167 through October. They charged me $177 in August and $210 in September. The Glendale district manager and Erica at the rental facility are not doing well with their customer service agreements. July 1, 2022 I received an email they want to increase my monthly rent from $167, the current advertising price for a 5x15 to $210! The site says to LOCK IN YOUR PRICE. That's a lie. When you read the fine print, it says they will raise the rent. What! $167 to $210 - I don't have $516 more per year to pay. Let's not gouge your loyal customers, Erica-onsite management, Marcus-district manager, and Public Storage-We Care/Corporate. I faithfully pay my monthly rent. This is an outrageous ask to be exploited as a loyal long time customer! Updates: July 17, 2022, still no call back from Marcus, from Glendale Office @ Corporate. We Care said he is working on it and could provide not details. July 2, 2022, I called We Care Public Storage as Erica, the onsite manager, said. July 13, 2022, no call back from We Care. Marcus, the district manager, called on July 7, but didn't leave a number. Erica can not help and We care Public Storage did not help either. July 2021 I called Public Storage customer service to ask why they increased the storage rent from $143 to $188 in one year. That is too steep of an increase. $540 annually.The rep on the phone was rude and could not answer my question. He said, "read the lease!" (☆ one star for them) Then I was able to reach Erica, the site manager for 801 57st, Sacramento, CA, where I have my storage unit. Erica was VERY kind and advocated for me with her manager. She called me back in about 40 minutes and said they will honor the current $158 price and not increase my rent! THAT was good customer service! Thank you, Erica, and your manager. You restored my faith in the brand. I wish the CEO, Ronald Havner, could see this and let you know "outstanding job 801 57th St., Sacramento, CA!" ☆☆☆☆☆ Update, July 12, 2021: Public Storage helped me reduce my $31 monthly fee increase ($372 annually) on 8/1/2021 to a reasonable amount from $158 to $167 ($108 annually). THANK YOU for your exceptional and personable care Public Storage at 801 57th Street, Sacramento! IF you had to get corporate OK for this, then I am thankful they were sensible about keeping a client happy!

Conveniently located, the building is always clean. Erica is the most wonderful lady ever, shes so helpful and sweet. I had forgotten to lock my storage after moving units and she went out of her way to make sure it was locked up for me!
