Don’t even waste your time this storage unit is horrible the staff is the worst, Veronica is very unprofessional and has a horrible attitude even if you ask a question. This place will scam you out your money. It’s always issue after issue

Went in to ask for a small storage since across the street from this location, I was offered a 5x15 for around $70 the first month. Wanted to see if I could get something around the same size or smaller to get a better price. Went inside this location and didn't get the ladys name that was attending a customer but was short, curly hair, hispanic features and very rude to her. I greet her and ask what was her smallest unit price that she had and her literal response was $217 a month. I mentioned that across the street I was offered a unit for around 70$ and was only using it for around 2-3 weeks. She said that was her best price and to go across the street for the $70 price. Ended up going across the street.

The hours here suck! But that's my only complaint. The staff are available if I need something but otherwise they don't bother me ever! I really do appreciate this place and the staff. I don't know what I would do without my storage so the fact that the staff are great makes this difficult time for me not as stressful as it could be I really value public storage and the great staff.. thank u so much

Me and my landlord of 37plus years now plus living with one another 3 yea rs prior both agree best value in orange county by far 2 movers with 43 plus yrs.of experience and a lot of chit we fit into one unit at this stg.facility after renting a much more expensive unit on harbor Blvd that was costing us just short of double the cost

Do not rent space here. They don't have cameras in the hallways, they don't have any security and this place is broken into at least once a week per Santa Ana Police dept. The police department has advised them to hire a security guard due to the weekly thefts but they refused to. In their own words, that is why they have insurance. There's plenty other public storage locations with security and cameras in the hallways.

I've been here for 2 years and the peopel at the office have been either racist or rude. They went through our things and locking it up with out us knowing. When we payed the next day our unit door was locked.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Our unit door has been damaged for over a month, and they have not fixed it; so we cannot access our belongings. We call and call and call and leave messages for the property manager and we don't receive a call back. They only take your money and don't care about anything else. Don't store here, go somewhere else.

I originally rented a medium size storage locker online, but when I went to look at it, I realized I would need a larger space. Raymond was more than helpful, and was able to switch me to a larger size that day. We walked over to the space to make sure it'd be large enough for my needs, and he gave me a tour of the facilities. Raymond was professional and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I would recommend this facility to others, simply for how great of a customer service experience I had.
