Wow! Sheila continues to impress me with her exceptional service. My day worker left his jacket behind and Sheila brought it out to us at the unit the next day. Sheila is the best! I got an auction unit here a couple of weeks ago and loved its proximity to the Flea Market. I was finally able to get back here and Sheila reviewed unit sizes and prices with me. She showed me the largest unit. Once again, I was impressed with Sheila's helpfulness, knowledge and professionalism plus she got me a great price on the unit! Great job, Sheila! 10 🌟 FOR JAMES! I cannot express enough the degree of professionalism James the site manager provided. I don't have a space at the Mabury location but my uncle does! I visit this site with my uncle as he has been behind on his rent. My uncle is a difficult guy to communicate with. I was there incase there was some kind of language barrier and translation is needed or if things got a little spicy. James was absolutely patient and listened carefully and repeated back to make sure what he heard from my uncle is correct. James addressed his concern and his rent is up to date with future dues paid as well.

Sheila was more than helpful! She went above and beyond to make sure my family was taken care of and made our time at Public Storage very special. Thank you so much Sheila, we truly appreciate you! Best service one could ask for, 10/10!

If I could give this Public Storage zero stars I would I’ve been at this unit since October 2023 and I have never dealt with more incapable people, especially the district Fasheed. For three different separate occasions, I would come into the unit to pay my bill. No one was there. No one was present. I would have to call a different store in order to have someone show up or be present at that location on top of that I was built three months of insurance, even though I provided After three months of no change promises, phone calls and email express the error to logging in through the gate. Nothing was ever addressed so therefore I took my time once again on the third month to speak to the district manager only to find out that the district manager seems to be the main reason why nothing has been addressed no concerns Have been addressed problems have been addressed within 72 hours as customer service says and all I got was credited back to $45 for the $50 that I was charged for three months in a row not for the inconvenience not for the delay, not for the hassle they have provided not for the foul And attitude that the district manager wants to have if this is how your employees are trained it clearly makes sense why it’s taken over three employees to customer service calls a district manager just to tell me that there has been serious. Poor training. I have no interest in staying here , and go to this property Or lenfest

Move in and out was easy. Lydia was delightful to work with during the close out. She’s friendly, enthusiastic and efficient!

I tried to rent two units online and found I was only able to get one unit at a time. I wanted both units on the same account number, so I didn't complete the second rental online. The next morning, I received a call from Ruby and she suggested I come in so she could help me. I went in and Ruby found a second drive-up unit directly across from the first, larger unit. She got them both added to the same account, refunded the keys I didn't need, and canceled the insurance that I didn't need. I am very pleased with Ruby's service. Thanks!

Had a late fee that was due my unit was about to be put on auction,Luckily I showed up in time an the employee working Ruby was great she was able to get me helped very quickly was very calm very nice of course had payment on full but sometimes you don't get so lucky an your unit could be auctioned off.but lucky she was able to get a hold of me an by girlfriend to let us know in time,she is great give her 5 star rating for sute

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of Public Storage’s manager Ruby. I expressed a concern about the locking mechanism which Ruby verified, I asked of we could fix it another day, Ruby said no, its going to be fixed right now. Eager to resolve any issues on the spot. A few more examples of Ruby’s professionalism includes, helping me pick up some spilled pearls, arranged to move me to another unit of the same size while saving me $100 a month, Ruby even gave me her bottle of water when the water cooler was empty. Ruby is a Valuable Asset to Public Storage’s customers. Thanks Ruby.

The recent work on the side of the creek has been sending rats into both of my storage units and she’s been diligent in checking into the problem, calling her managers to remedy the situation as quick as possible. I was there earlier this week, an hour before the place closed. By the time I arrived, it was already dark and had limited lighting. The latch on my unit is old and rusted so I usually struggle with closing and opening it so I had to use my light from my phone to try to secure the lock back on. This time the latch just won’t budge and I tried moving it for a good 5 minutes. Ruby came to my rescue and helped me moved the stubborn latch and secure the lock back on. She saw that I was struggling and used a flashlight to help me. She was very helpful and professional. Though the place was about to close for the day, she offered to stay later to help me find better rates and another unit, if I needed it. I appreciate her willingness to help me and I could tell she really cares about what she does and cares about her customers. I hope she stays longer as we need staffs like her who is willing to go above and beyond. Thank you Ruby!

Nikki over here is truly a lifesaver! I forgot to lock my unit and the next day when I returned she had put on a temporary lock and made sure all of my things were safe. She was also extremely friendly and provided amazing customer service.

Looks like the owner bought a bunch of fake reviews because this place is complete garbage. People break into this place and steal your things. That's what happened to me. No coverage for my catalytic converter. Many homeless living just on the other side of the fence by the freeway waiting to hop over and steal your stuff

Best space rental in San Jose, I'd give them 6 stars if I could because of a lady named Nikki who manages it. She is consciences and dedicated to her job. Friendly and helpful and actually took the time to check my storage unit and noticed I hadn't put the lock on correctly. It's easy to find companies to take your money it's hard to find ones with quality employees.
