It was too good to be true.
We were first time Public Storage renters and was so excited with the reviews. We got to the storage facility, entered the gate and looked for AD377 but we are so confused. We went back and couldn’t find how to. There was no map nor a sign that would lead us to Exit. I went back to where we entered and saw this person in public storage uniform walking closer. I waved and greeted her with a smile. While in the car trying to maneuver the car back, I called her attention and informed her we are new and we are lost. She said she couldn’t help us and point to us to go around and figure our way out. She continued to go to a makeshift door which looks like her apartment in the facility.
Our experience might be different from others but I would have expected, with all the nice reviews, she could have atleast educated us. I understand it was almost 5pm but you were already with us and a little education wouldn’t hurt. I called customer service and it only took less than 5mins to lead us to where our unit is.
When we reached the building, there was no trolley; the elevator’s smell was unbearable; and the unbelievable interaction with the person in the picture, lead us to discontinue our business with Public Storage and went with Extra Storage instead.

I went to public storage to take some things into my unit and I noticed Mary walking the property she said hi like always and continued on her walk. Mary came back around and seen I was trying to move stuff into the unit and hold my baby in another arm. Mary so kindly offered to carry my baby while I was moving stuff. She differently didn't have to do that what so ever. Mary went above and beyond on helping out a customer. What would have been an 1 hour process took only less than 15 minutes.

When you are going to rent the space, Mrs. Mary is very kind but then she is very rude. You can do something to her and she says, I am going to do you a favor. I informed them that the space gets wet and nothing is fixed. On November 22, 2023, I wanted to enter the space and they were 4:30 p.m. which I refused to enter and on the 24th it notified me that I have to remove my belongings I have until November 30, 2023 tell me if that is being a good person they violate our rights for no reason you

She even offered to add an additional lock to my unit in order to make me feel at ease. Her and Mary ensured my experience at public storage was a positive one! I never had any issues with them and they always responded to my questions promptly and in a way that let me know I was in good hands. 10/10 workers!! Tiffany and Mary were extremely helpful, accommodating, professional and just sweetheart ladies. They explained everything thoroughly, for example they do not have temperature controlled units but were happy to show me what was available. It was very warm outside, but the unit itself was still a good temperature for my storage needs. The facility was very clean and well maintained. I felt in good hands with these ladies in charge. I went here with my dad and spoke with Tiffany, one of the service reps there and she was nothing short of amazing. She was very kind and attentive and answered all our questions since we are new to storage renting. She also gave us a walkthrough and showed us around.
The next day, we decided to change the unit from inside to the one outside. I called in ahead and this time spoke with an equally awesome service rep there named Mary, and said she’ll work with us to find a solution since I wanted to keep the promotional deal and hoping it would transfer over. We stopped by the reception area again later in the day and this time both Mary and Tiffany were available. They went out of their way to accommodate us and were able to find us an even better rate. The experience overall was a 5/5. Will definitely recommend this storage place. Thank you so much!

I was trying to find the right storage for our needs. Lots of choices made it very confusing and also there’s so many locations. A friend had rented at this location earlier and recommended this place. Especially because he had good experience with the staff here.
Based on my interaction with the onsite staff, I would like to point out two employees who really took care of us well. We finally enrolled online, but it was mainly because of Mary and Tiffany that we chose to rent storage here. They’re amazing and have been so helpful!

I came in the other day not really knowing what size unit I needed and really what direction that I needed to go in. The lady in the office Toteana walked me through a few different size options and ended up helping me get the average size unit. She made sure that I downloaded the App so I could open the gate and the elevator with such ease. I don't really write reviews but Toteana's service and knowledge was just so refreshing and top tier so I had to share.

Went in today to check out a new storage unit and was helped by Angelica. Not only did she walk with me herslef to show me the storage unit but she also took the time to discuss with me the best possible next step for me since i already had an existing unit but was upgrading and gave me a few choices and options without pressuring me with a sales pitch. She was, kind, courteous and very professional and answered every single one of my questions (even the dumb ones) and concerns. She also had a positive attitude and a great sense of humor. She also handled a rude, persistently interrupting customer while helping me with a cool, collected grace. Thank you Angelica for making my experience a great one. Definetly left with a smile. Angelica is a credit to Public Storage and recommend her with your future dealings.
WARNING!!!! WARNING!!!! DO NOT RENT A SPACE HERE! It may be tempting because their rates get pretty low, BUT there is a reason!!!! SOMEONE WORKING HERE HAS SKETCHY CONNECTIONS! YOU WILL GET ROBBED! This place is not only near a homeless encampment, it is also extremely unsafe. I rented a small unit here for a year and had no problems except for the surrounding area. Not only are there always nails in the road inside the property - but there are always sketchy people coming in and out. I’ve watched on multiple occasions someone come in without putting in their code. When I was robbed, they didn’t even provide video proof. Saying they can’t tell who goes in and out. Like seriously? What about looking in the camera near the entrance to my space? I know the exact week it happened cause I was there regularly. It makes me believe they are in on it, or their cameras don’t work. What also makes me believe this company is in on it: 1. I got robbed the week I moved from a small unit to a big unit. 2. They removed the lock that wasn’t mine while I wasn’t there. Totally illegal!!! So when I went to the insurance they didn’t have proof of the forced entry and denied my claim. I lost over $10,000 of my belongings, medical items, my designer clothes/purses and personal photos/works that belonged to my kid.
Not only that, but the insurance they give you is $5,000 CAP! I AM WARNING YOU NOW! You will REGRET renting here. When I spoke to the police they said this place has a HIGH robbery rate. I SWEAR GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE WILL SAVE YOU SO MUCH STRESS AND MONEY. It’s worth paying that little extra for the security.

If I could give it a no stars I would this Storage place is shady don’t ever use this storage place my friend moved all his stuff into a huge storage almost 100,000 dollars worth of tools all stolen they had security footage and refused to share with my friend and the police. I believe they had something to do with it. They did not even contact my friend when he came into town to pick up some stuff is when he realized every single thing was gone he had jewelry, everything you name it gone.

This review is for the 965 Felipe Location not 925 Felipe Ave. I read the reviews on Google and expected a great safe storage at this location. Unfortunately I did not read the yelp review. I rented this place from December 2021 and just today 2/26 my lock mysteriously disappeared. In it's place is a different lock. I contacted the manager and she was confirmed PS did not change my lock. So, essentially my storage was ransacked. There are numerous complaints on the yelp page similar to mine, so it's a common issue. Please be forewarned about storing things here.
I came in looking for prices for a new space. My current location is too far away and I need to reocate to a closet place. Toteana explained all sizing and prices in full detail. I plan to relocate in the next month if I get some help. She was so nice to me and that means a lot. See you in a few months Toteana !!

Toteana was helpful in finding me a storage unit within my price range. She asked me about price ranges and locations I wanted to be at. She talked security and safety which was very helpful.
Toteana was a breath of fresh air. She helped me find a locker that fit my stuff and had me in and out in a jiffy.
I went to this location because I was experiencing some troubles with the online portal. Worked with Mathew and he ended up able to get my unit upgraded into a downstairs unit without extra hassle of creating dupicate accounts or any troubles! thanks again!

Everything in our unit was stolen. In the hallway you can still see the remnants of broken locks. Your valuables will not be safe here.
