If you need storage…this location is easy all around.
Made a reservation for a unit with 24 hour access. On the move-in date, I confirmed the price and unit details. The woman told me that they no longer had 24 hour units. I asked her if the 24 hour units were phased out. She rudely told me, "No, it's gone. It's first come first serve." I told her I had a reservation. She said, "Yes, but you made it 7 days ago." So, even though it was a confirmed reservation, she gave the unit away. I feel that is a very unprofessional business practice.

Currently just upgraded to a bigger storage unit, thanks to the help of Erica and Gabriel they are amazing and do such an amazing job at answering any questions we had and the recommendations they gave us for an upgrade were outstanding. Public storage needs more employees like them.
Recently I had a death in the family and needed to clean out storage units at this facility that belonged to them. Erica was so helpful and made the process much easier for myself and my family. She was always checking on us and was so kind. A great person to be around during this time.

Erica took responsibility to solve the issue, even though I am currently not renting a unit from her location. Erica forward an email to corporate technical support to resolve the technical issue with my account. Now it is on the lap of corporate to solve the issue with my account. Your move PS corporate, Erica has done her part.
This issue has been on going for about 4 months with multiple failed unanswered request to solve issue.

This is the best Public Storage location! I have used this location 3 times now, and would not hesitate to use it again! Erica, the manager truly cares about your belongings. Erica & Joseph, the DM, are both attentive and very easy to work with.
They did some painting a while back, an Erica sent out a message and made sure that everyone knew what was going on. It was so nice how much she cared about our belongings and everybody being aware-- And the paint looks great too!

Erica has went above & beyond her role as a manager at this location. She has great customer service, she was able to resolve my electrical issues, she is always so welcoming and full of smiles. Plus she is very patient with all of my questions and pretty funny on top of it all.

I was looking for a short term unit that was easy to access. Loved that at this place, all the units are drive-up! Made it really easy to move items in and out, even solo. I also got a discounted first 1.5 months, so watch out for good deals here. I was able to manage most of the registration process online / via the app, but check-out required interfacing with the folks at the front desk (who were lovely).

I was on a budget and Erika was able to assist me with an affordable unit . I was in a rush one day and accidentally locked my unit open. I didn’t notice. Erica was nice enough to call and notify me. She put an extra lock until I came in to lock it properly😊

Staff is great, great location. Only thing is I wish they had an opinion to get a roll up door. Booked over the phone and was never asked if needed. Had to store some big equipment and it was not easy with 40 inch width doors
