I walked into this location so that I could get some clarification on my elderly mothers storage units and fees. I was nicely greeted by Colby, which I always appreciate in great customer service. Colby asked me more questions than I had for her and I absolutely value that because I am walking into her domain- not knowing what I don't know. Colby spent time explaining anything and everything which would help my mom's situation.
I want to thank Public Storage for hiring Colby. She is the reason why we have held two accounts there for many years.

The best thing I liked in this branch is their extended hours... They open as early as 6am, unlike other branches that open either 8 or 9am. And also this branch closes late! Again, comparing to other branches that close at 5 or 6 pm!!!

Colby and Juana provided excellent customer service. They were professional, explained all the pertinent details well and offered me all of the assitance I needed; as well as, kindness and compassion for my situation. The only thing I was not aware of up front was the required insurance, which ended up being only $15/mos and you do not pay until after the 1st month.

I've rented a unit here for 2 years now, and this is the cleanest, safest Public Storage property that I have ever seen. Kolbie, the property manager, always waves and smiles as you drive in and keeps the property well maintained and clean. (It is the *Cleanest* bathroom I've ever seen at ANY storage facility...seriously)
UPDATE: 2 years have passed since I posted my original review, and I am still happy with the cleanliness, safety, and staff here at this location. Kolbie is still the manager here, and I think that's why everything has remained unchanged in service standards, cleanliness of the property, and the safety of my storage unit.
Over the years, I've rented storage units at most of the Public Storage locations in this area and this is by far the best storage facility I've rented from.
The fact that I've been here for over 4 years now AND am updating this review, should give you an idea of the excellent service level.
Kolbie was a great help. She was friendly and had a smile the entire time she helped me great job Kolbie keep up the good work.
Called today to get storage and was very happy the lady Juana or Juanita helped me so much from beginning to end. I'm so appreciative 😊 I hope I got her name right 😊

My experience here at this public storage was very delightful. The young lady by the name of Kobe, but I believe its spelled K O L B I E assisted me with everything I needed plus more, she went out of her way to show me where my storage space was at and how to get in and out with the convenience of using the APP.
Whenever I go to my storage I see her cleaning up and down the hallways with a big smile on her face. I believe this employee deserves a raise for being very helpful and welcoming.

Love this place plus it's stays open pretty late considering it's a storage place most close super early and to be honest I'm not an early bird kind of girl. I snooze in too much. They have friendly staff especially the main manager. She super sweet and will even sometimes give my kids little gift including when it been hot she's given then ice pops which thank you a million. They love it. I like also that the staff is never really checking up on you as long as they don't see any kind of drama they just say hi and pass by. But if you do have a question they get it answered super fast. I left a voicemail about a question I had and within less then an hour I had a call coming in to help me with my questions. Thank I would totally recommend this place to anyone

Changed from a closer location to this location, Kolbie makes the experience much better and not only makes the environment more safe but also makes it feel friendly at this location. Much better than the previous storage unit I had at another location where I always felt unsafe and on edge.
