She was very busy but has a very good work pace and she goes out of her way to make people feel comfortable while addressing each situation professionally and remains very helpful and friendly. She she knows everything about her job was so helpful and I was very impressed and left with no problems. It was a great feeling to know they are still Giotto help me even when very busy. You think inflation is bad? Try renting a locker at Public Storage. Every 3 months your rental price will be raised over 30%. Very sketchy business model.
Best storage experience ever!! Tee, the person working, was so wonderful and helpful. Will 100% do business here again.
Warning: The rate you sign up for means absolutely nothing to this company. I signed up for 100/mo, within 9 months, they have raised me 3 times, new rate is 210/mo. They are still offering 100 on their site for the same unit.
Specific to this location, they close so early, if you work you will almost never be able to access your unit. 6pm weekdays, 5pm weekends.
Location is sketchy, weird people picking at the walls in the alleyway.
The price was probably worth it, but now what I'm paying, I could go literally anywhere else. Definitely avoid if you care about money, quality, or safety.
Edit: The staff is pretty nice, so that's a positive.

Kinda expensive and hella rats, only reason they get any stars is because the workers, esp Marcus are/is AMAZING. Super super super helpful and really sweet, they’re amazing and the best staff I’ve ever seen at a storage place.
Came in today to check out the property. Tee at the front office was knowledgeable, professional and kind. Upkeep of property was better than what you see on the outside. I will return and recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you Tee for your help

I had a great experience, easy to initiate and was there Monday to cancel since my daughter is heading back to school. I was helped by Marcus and was very attentive and offered further assistance for the future!
Thank you for being a douchebag and turning me away when it was only 5pm and you close at 6pm, I only asked to quickly see one of the available storage which would probably take 2 mins but thankfully the douchebag didn’t wanna show me and now I’m saving money.
The space I payed for is to large, I will need to rent a smaller one!

i had nothing other than problems 190 tenth street Public Storage. there is much corruption there, they cut my lock and left the locker open and attempted to tell me i was leaving the locker open.

Too sleazy
I rented a 10x10 unit and moved in without issues. But I soon noticed the fine print.
Access to the unit is restricted to business hours, which means only weekends for those of us with a regular job.
There is no light and you aren't allowed to bring your own.
In 6 months, there have been two unilateral rent increases, essentially doubling the rent.
You can move out at anytime but they won't refund a prorated amount of any rent already paid.
Essentially, this business is setup to squeeze as much money out of its patrons as possible.
Prospective clients beware.
Thus place sucks. They're hours are until 6 but they close their offices and gates at 5:30. They are liars and scam artists.

BEWARE! This storage facility is awful. They make looking to scam people by adding additional fees. The payment system is faulty. Location is in a very dangerous area! I wish I could give 0 stars.

Michael at the location is very helpful and responsive to requests. The app and online websites are very bad which make it very hard to reach the property manager.
I changed storage units and they created a phony payment which they are threatening to turn over to collections. I have been unable to talk to a human being.

I've used this facility for about 12 years and, asi it's always worked well for me. The location is really convenient. In an ideal world, the access hours would be longer and there would be more parking places, but neither of these is a dealbreaking problem.
