Yesterday , I visited Public Storage with the intention of renting storage space, and I was warmly greeted by Brandon at the front office. Brandon's exceptional friendliness and expertise made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. He patiently guided me through the options and took the time to show me around, ensuring I found the perfect storage size for my needs. His attention to detail and dedication to excellent service definitely deserve a 5-star rating. The facility itself is impressive, boasting advanced features like automated door access via a convenient phone app. It's impeccably clean and offers hassle-free parking, making the storage experience both secure and convenient. Additionally, I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by the staff over the phone. They were consistently courteous, responsive, and incredibly helpful, addressing all my queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Moreover, the pricing at Public Storage is refreshingly fair, offering great value compared to other storage options in the area. In hindsight, I only wish I had discovered Public Storage sooner. Without a doubt, I will be returning for my future storage needs. Highly recommended!

Easy access and helpful staff!

Brandon was incredibly helpful today as we were moving out of our storage unit. He also helped my son get his “keys” that dropped in the grates! Thank you Brandon!

Well, this review is wayyy over-due! I’m originally a Customer in this facility back in 1996! I had left sometime back just when Brandon had started… And now I’m back at this facility location. Let me tell you! Brandon not only runs on a professional protocol, but the building is BETTER than ever! So glad I chose to come back here! Brandon doesn’t miss a beat! Even took the time to call me (when he didn’t have to), just to remind me about something I would’ve over-looked! Thus, sparing me the burden that would’ve otherwise followed! If you’re going to store in SF, especially PS… Why not consider this location! Photos to follow…

I really love this place, friendly service, easy terms and flexibility. Process was simple and great people were nice and friendly, when I need storage again I know I'll be back, it was safe, clean and my things were stored successfully.

Esther was great in helping us find a unit that didn't have a giant pole in the middle. She was so patient and informative. We are happy with the unit we received and know that if we have any issues in the future, Esther will be there to help.

Esther is awesome helper! She helped us get our storage space easily and since the space we reserved for was unavailable, she went out her way to help us find another space within price and even bigger given our circumstances. She’s awesome.

Great facility and competent, friendly staff. I planned to have a unit for a month and it’s been 4 years now because the rates are great (somehow cheaper than East bay?) and the place secure. The building is clean and well-lit so it doesn’t feel creepy. All cement and metal so it’s both secure and doesn’t encourage mold, insects and other things that would get into wood, if it had wooden walls or doors.

Esther and Brandon run the best storage facility I’ve ever used. They are exceptionally friendly and go out of their way to make the process simple and easy.

Place is very well-maintained, and set-up/reservation was very easy. Best part was Esther: so warm, inviting, thorough, and made sure all my questions were answered leading up to and on the day of. She is a gem!!

Kind of letting me pay all those money for storage place but you not allowed to sit there and actually go through the stuff in your storage you pretty much have to drop off or pick up and have a certain time limit to be there otherwise they'll kick you out and suspend your storage I was there for 20 minutes and I was getting harped on when I was looking through my stuff for a piece of paper that I needed to find he's kind of ridiculous to pay the money we should be able to sit there and be able to go through the stuff in our storage it's kind of why people get storages cuz it's extra stuff that they have that they need to look through they don't have time to look through so it's put away the side until they do so might be looking at another storage place soon

I booked my storage unit online and it was breeze! The storage facility is extremely clean and safe. I really appreciated all the help and instructions from Brandon, the manager working the counter at the time I visited. Highly recommend!!!

The best storage ever! People here are super friendly and always try to help. They definitely provide a great service which is very hard to find in SF now days. I am very glad choosing here.

Clean and organized hassle free public storage. Staff are polite and always willing to assist you, when needed. Brightly lit facility with dolly’s for all to use. Very private and good for short and long term storage.

If you need any sort of storage. Look no further, this place is the best, most well kept and cleanest place you will find. Oh and did i mention Brandon? He helps out from day one, orienting you and always around to ensure all your needs are met. And his presence throughout the day ensures no funny business occurs in and around “Public storage” on 2nd street. Thank you Brandon.
