Griselda is the best! I lost the keys to my storage unit and I was freaking out. I was going camping in a week and the person who could take the lock off wouldn't be here for 10 to 15 days. Griselda was able to get a hold of them and have them cut the lock off the same day. I love this place thank you Griselda!!

My husband was having a hard time communicating being a Spanish speaker but she was a blessing and helped him out with everything he needed and was so patient. I just had to update this previous review i did, I really wanted to share how that the young Ms. Julia made my day today. I needed to go into the facility today as my husband wasn't able to and I admit I was a little lost but this young lady helped me with everything I needed even when in my frustration I was struggling remembering exactly what it was i was trying to say. She patiently and with a smile the whole time helped me today thank you so much Ms Julia for having such patience and respect.

Looking at different storage facilities in the area, and I came across this one. Looks like an average storage facility, until I walked into the office. I was met by the manager, Julia. From the moment I walked in, until I left, Julia was very helpful, knowledgeable, and had all around great customer service! With the different facilities I have visited this last week, I have not received customer service that compares to Julia. What looked to be "another storage facility", stood out above the rest because the manager took her time to care about her customer.
I highly recommend renting at this facility.

I gave it 5 stars so you guys would see the review when in reality you should choose a different storage place. The staff except ONE who originally rented to me are all rude. My storage was broken into and it wasn’t even reported to me, I had to find out on my own, then I never got any sort of correspondence until later which the Manager treated me like I was the problem but couldn’t answer any of my questions when I trusted them with my things. Overall trust your gut the place looked sketchy and the staff are even worse. I still haven’t received even a call back from the Manager who really should train better at customer service. If you love your belongings and have things of value skip this place. Oh and if you do rent get insurance because they won’t bat an eye at you losing your valuables, it’s truly INSANE how easily they let people get away with robbing the storage units, I wish I would have picked a different storage truly. The most upsetting part is the lack of compassion when people have lost their stuff. The “manager” was so condescending and dismissive when I’m the one who lost my stuff but she just wanted the problem done with. I hope this review finds some one less fortunate who can’t afford to take the loss that I have and on top of that be treated the way I have been treated, this is the first and last time I will every use ANY PUBLIC STORAGE!
I was in earlier this morning, the lady behind the desk named Victoria, very polite, very knowledgeable. I actually have a storage off of Franklin boulevard, sometimes I am in this area I asked her if I can pay here at this location and she said yes I could no problem. I had the storage years and years ago but was in the same area I love public storage because of their cleanliness their upgrade and their prices.
