After being a loyal, lifelong customer, I’m done. Less than a year ago, I flew across the country just to downsize my unit because rent kept skyrocketing. Your Sacramento property is in a dicey area surrounded by homeless encampments, and when I asked for handcarts, you told me to rent from a nearby U-Haul because there were none on-site.
Now, in less than a year, you’ve raised my rent twice, more than doubling my original lease agreement. This is unacceptable—predatory pricing and terrible service. #PublicStorage #RentScam #CustomerServiceFail

I would give this place a zero Stars if I could I've only been with them for 7 months and my storage has outrageously increased by $92 the customer service at this specific location is horrible the management is a disgrace having my things here has given me more anxiety than anything as each month goes by I have to worry about the possibility of my personal belongings being auctioned due to their monthly increases on the rent. Also to the male corporate manager that I called multiple times about incidents that have occurred at this location that never got back to me and only called me after a heated conversation with an employee you shouldn't be a leader of this establishment you care nothing about the customers and shame on you for the message you left on my voicemail trying to intimidate me. Today I met Stephanie and she was the nicest staff I've met at this location she was kind, she answered all of my questions an even showed me a few units that were cheaper than the one I was scammed with so I give Stephanie 5 stars whatever location she works at is lucky to have her the world needs more people like her!

The team at 16th St location were super friendly, attentive, helpful and professional during my interactions specifically Diamond on my moving day and the other gal I believe Marrissa they went beyond my expectations.
This storage place is terrible & predatory. They lock you in by a fairly decent storage price. Once you’ve moved all of your stuff in they will increase the price for no reason. My monthly bill went up over $50 after just four months. I am currently looking into other, more honest storage places to store my items in ASAP. I wish I could give this predatory establishment a 0 out of 5

I came in a MEAN, HOT moving mama because the call center had my unit request incorrect, within in MINUTES she calmed me down with her ' It's okay let me check the options, WE will figure this out. ', she does not know me, she has no idea what I am going through, but she immediately knew to help. I apologize for being short fused and HOT tryna move with 2 kids in this heat. She left me with patience, grace and the exact space for my price range. She needs to be recognized for her customer service, because boy she is better than ME. Thank you Diamond for being kind, and showing me and my kids MAMA needs to calm down, it's okay. 🖤🙏🥹

Horrible. They don’t return voicemails. No one is ever there. OVERPRICED - charging me almost $200 more than what they are charging for the same size unit. When I asked for an adjustment they only lowered it by $20. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GO ANYWHERE ELSE AND FAST

Place is pretty clean. Facility is well taken care of and looks secure. It's a little dated, but it gets the job done. The front staff lady was super friendly.

Do not quote me on this but I think this one has roaches although I do storage there I have not seen any roaches but I believe they do have roaches
