Great customer service
Great experience. I rent at this Public Storage location for 2.5 years, and never had a problem.
The location is ideal, minutes off Exit 10 from I-80. The site is well maintained, clean, and modern. Two important factors I was looking was a safe and secured facility to store my belongings, this Public Storage site offered both. You need the passcode or app to gain access to the site. This prevents non-customers from accessing the units. If I recall correctly there are cameras on site recording activity.
Kudos to the site manager(s) as the site was always clean during my visit, also important to me. I never felt like my items was stored at a rundown facility. In addition, dealing with the onsite manger (Olivia) was always a pleasure. She is very customer service oriented, I felt like a valued customer when I engaged with her. I would definitely store my items at this location again if the need arises.
Casey was extremely helpful in working with my situation. I was waiting on home owners insurance to pay the storage fee and they were late. Casey was professional and understanding when I called to inform her of the problem and she immediately took care of it for me. Thank you!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
The staff is great but my unit got broken into and everything was stolen out of it. A new person didn't call to tell me that the lock had been tampered with. I found out 3 weeks later when I went myself.

Tried getting a unit here, and the guy Marcus was not helpful at all. Leaving public storage, another customer told me to come back when the on-site manager is working, so I came back a few days later, and she helped me. I just have to go out of my way to say thank you Casey for being nice and answering all my questions and getting me the unit I need after the experience I had before.

The manager SEEMED friendly - until my unit was broken into and cleaned out. I was never contacted and had to find out when I showed up one day to get some tools. The girl became VERY rude for no reason, refused to let me see video footage or see if my other unit had been robbed as well.
