I stepped in yesterday with a very upset mood as I just received their notice to raise the rates again and come to almost doubled as my current rate (for both units) ! I was about to petite and the smiling & kindly lady Regina said she had already put a request for me to see if there’s a chance to bring the rate down, in the meantime, Stephanie, the senior VP who I had met ever since I rented the spaces here couple years ago, explained to me the situation and comforted me, she even personally showed me a 10” x 20” space with a $1 extra deal price which could be an alternative solution in case the request will not be granted. When I checked back this morning, Stephanie told me the HQ approved it ! Thanks God ! Thanks Regina and Stephanie you both ! Were not for your help, I really don’t know what to do .. Now I feel the rate is reasonable even it had been raised couple times over years, I think public storage is considerable for their customers and do pay attention to customers’ need. Thank you again and thank you for your great employee Stephanie and Regina ! They really know how to treat customers, 5 star service with NO doubt !

I thought I complete the application online but no.. thank god Stephanie and Beatriz was there to walk me through. Stephanie even walk me the entire day process.. to my particular space/spot. Show me how the elevator work. And the whole nine yard. Staff are very friendly and quick to help. Rates are excellent compared to other locations. Indoor storage needs better ventilation as it does smell of tires and cigarette smoke. Several carts are available to help transport items.
I won an auction here about a month ago. Staff was very nice. Lady and a man. The man returned an ID that I dropped. They even gave me an extra day since I took so long to clear it out.

This place is unreasonable. After closing at 6pm the elevator will be closed regardless of whether you have finished moving your things. And you will be locked in the gate No one will tell you the after-hour pass code. If you don't want to be locked in a storage with nobody you should choose a humane place and longer business hours Not here

Find somewhere else to store your things unless you like paying an excessive amount in rent that only raises every six months while only allowing limited access to your stuff from 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. . with the primary goal of only selling your things at auction and still collecting any past due charges

I was having a issue with my gate code and didn't realize what I had done wrong. When I went into the office I met with Stephanie who works in the office. My day was feeling a little crapy but stephanie was very helpful and made me laugh. She told me what I did wrong. Regina is a real one 💪 my issue was resolved in half an hour 😎 when moving out, try to do it at the END of the month, don't be like me I moved out at the very 1st of the month but got charged for the WHOLE month per Public Storage policy 🥲 Regina informed me of the policy but she was understanding and sympathetic and took the time to make some calls anyway and half hour later she called me saying she got the fee waived 🔥🔥💯🤠🥳 I was super happy to hear this since the price of my unit monthly costs more than a Nintendo switch lite 😭 (I recently moved and now live quite a distance away, so I was unable to move out the day before to avoid the charge) and now I can put the money she saved me towards a new storage unit closer to my home. I'm glad I called! I'm usually a coward when it comes to the phone but the staff have always been very friendly.
(anyway please change this policy to avoid everyone crowding trying to move out at the same time at the end of the month haha)

I have been w/Public Storage for over 10 yrs. at this facility and they have always provided me with great service. Recently my storage fees had gone up 2Xs in the last 4-5 months. I spoke w/Stephanie the Mgr., who has always helped and again she came through for me. She was able to adjust the high fees and saved me a good amount of money. I am extremely grateful for everything she and Regina the other Mgr. have done for me! Would not go anywhere else.

Very big issues with the elevators. I was stuck for a very long time and called office more then 21 times with no answer. Needed to call 911 to get help.
