I called this past Sunday as I needed help getting prices on a unit and what the process would be like since I’ve never needed a storage space until now. Tori helped me and was great! So thorough and answered all questions clearly.
It's a storage place.
Needed help getting in but no one is in the office on a Tuesday at 230pm. This place went downhill quickly after public storage took over. Also locked my mother out after 1 single late payment while she's had her unit for over 13 years. Nothing but crooks here.
I CANT GET A HOLD OF A SINGLE SOUL HERE. LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES. NO ONE CALLS ME BACK. ARRIVED AND NO ONE HERE AT PROPERTY. MY STORAGE HAS BEEN LOCKED FOR 2 WEEKS NOW BY SOMEONE ELSES LOCK AND MINE CUT OFF. I CAN'T EVEN SEE IF MY STUFF HAS BEEN STOLEN. DON'T RENT HERE. NOT RELIABLE. NOT SAFE. WE HAVE HAD 4 UNITS HERE AND JUST REMOVED ALL OUR STUFF OUT OF ALL OF THEM. I NEED SOMEONE TO CALL ME NOW!. THERE NOT DOING ANYTHING TO HELP ME

It used to be a nice place until public storage got involved. Can't get a hold of anyone. Cost has increased. If you late on your bill it's immediately locked on you. I started storing my stuff here because it wasn't some big company that doesn't care about people only money. Asap I'm getting out of there
