I recently went and purchased a storage unit from this facility and luckily I was helped out by a younger gentleman who was very knowledgeable about all the different units and everything about them in great detail! Renting it was a breeze and a wonderful experience! Thank you Jacob!
The young woman that helped me was very nice, I believe that her name is Lauren, I'm so bad with names, she and I had a great conversation and struck up a friendship. She handled everything very professionally and made this as easy as possible. She needs a raise for all the work that she does!!!!!

I have not moved into this facility yet, but Jacob was incredibly helpful, nice, and accommodating! He really understands how to be a good person and treat others with kindness. He showed me two different units and helped me make a reservation to make sure I didn't lose out on the unit I'll be moving into soon. I really appreciated him being so genuine and friendly.

From the start all the staff I met has been very professional but relaxed and able to joke around.
Lauren is an amazing manager always ready to do what ever she can to help all of the tenants. She is quite funny and herself and seems to have a love for people and every day I see her she brings a smile to my face. She is a very hardworking and is great with her staff. The unit I’m renting was clean and the place is kept clean and free of trash.
It has been a very good experience so far and I hope it will be for the remainder of the time I’m there.

I’ve had a small unit here for years, but recently needed to move and upgrade to a bigger unit. I had tons of questions and Nicole at the front desk was great at clarifying everything and helping me find a unit that met my needs. During the move we saw her several times on property, she was very helpful and always smiling, it made the move much more tolerable with her assistance. I highly recommend this facility for all your storage needs… ask for Nicole, she’s the best😊

I went in to look at a unit before I started renting it and was helped by Nicole. She had the best customer service. She made the process really easy, made sure I had all the info I needed, and was really friendly and helpful. She even helped me with getting an extra lock because I needed one. The only down side to renting here is that there is only one cart available to use and it’s always being used when I go in. But other than that I have no complaints.

I have a 10x15 3 bedroom storage. I sold my home last year. Now I have apartment that is 500sq foot . The storage is clean it's air-conditioning makes a different when you are stacking your things inside. They have a code for gate. You the code to go in and to go inside the building to storage. Cause my storage is not on the outside. Then when you leave you do a code. Each car, has to put in there code. I pay $250.00 a month. I decided to move. That's including the $15.00 Insurance payment. It's a nice place.

The staff was surly, unfriendly, and obviously not a fan of representing their business well. Bare minimum assistance, even when I had to go back and forth from my unit to the office in the front 4 times before I could get into my unit because their entry codes were backwards and upside down. I lost time much time.
On top of the poor service, understanding that only one person worked at and ran the facility every single time I was at the facility (hence the unhappy demeanor?)
Finally, I was charged extra fees that made no sense, and if it wasn’t such a hot day and the service thus far was underwhelming, so I avoided the extra stress and got my stuff out of there.
I’ve been using Public Storage facilities just about all over this country for the past 23 years. This experience was the worst. I would have argued for refunds but…
You won this time. Public Storage. You get 2 stars because my belongings were secured. I only overheard your other customers comment that the place needed an upgrade. If you upgraded here and there, i could have avoided a panic when there was no one to be found when the gate jammed and would come down. For what felt like an hour trying to pull down the gate, injuring my shoulder.
Why was there no one available when I called the office for assistance in the middle of the day???
This is an unfortunate report because I love giving businesses 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Unfortunately, you got 3😕🙁😥major demerits. This was my experience for my time using your facility.

Wow, Jess the property manager at this location is phenomenal! I have been a customer here for about 5 years and I feel so reassured in knowing Jess is managing this site. She is knowledgeable and professional. She addresses issues swiftly with compassion and precision. She provides expertise on unit inventory, safety/access and insurance procedures and how to optimize your account. If it hadn’t been for Jess I probably would’ve left by now. You’d be really blessed to get a unit under her care.
So far so good! Joe helped me lock in pricing and Dylan gave stellar customer service at the front desk. I came in and got my unit, directions, insurance, and the app plus a note with the gate code and direct office line in 15 minutes. I’m super happy with this interaction.
Assuming it’s as easy to move in and handle monthly payments, this review will never be downgraded. :)

They Get Zero 0 Stars. Public Storage draws you in with low prices then increase the rents like clockwork well before a year rental period. That’s how they make up for low starting prices.
I’ve complained but they don’t care and have done nothing to address my issues. Look elsewhere for your storage needs. Secure an annual contract and NOT Month To Month as forced to do with Public Storage. Renter Please Beware!!!

I have been renting here since November 2022 and can't use their app to open the gate as advertised and have to get a gate code from whoever is in the office every time I go it seems like.
They originally said this would be fixed in the first quarter of 23 but it still hasn't been and they keep giving excuses as to why not.
Other than this which has become a hassle the storage space is what you would expect, and they make sure they take your money each month.

I had a great experience with the public Storage team and with Christian today. My Mother has a unit at the Hermosa location. Due to her recent passing I decided to get a unit there that way I could go through her things without the hassle.
Now with the Hermosa location being closed today Christian showed up from another location to give me my unit, and made sure that my unit was near my Mother's.
That's quality service. The reason for the 4 stars is due to the location not being open 7 days a week. I had movers today that I had to reschedule to another day due to the closure.

Jessica helped me with my Mom's unit by giving me the paperwork that I needed to take claim of my Mom's unit. Very helpful.

It's clean but there is never anyone in the office nor answering the phone. Problems with code for months and still having them. Hours are also pretty short compared to other storage places I've used in the area.

So to be totally transparent this was my first time needing / requiring storage 📦 I was terrified 😳🫣 LOL . When I arrived I was greeted kindly and patiently which definitely helped with my initial anxiety . Jessica allowed for me to share with her what my ultimate goal was in my move , which took some time on my end however she was efficient and effective to the very end . Literally … to helping me locate my storage unit and opening and locking 🔐 my unit safely ( the key 🔑 components that most people who are familiar with storage may be able to do naturally … I required more assistance at that time and she was there for it 😊 )Her customer services skills are impeccable !!! This experience was individualized and appreciated , especially with everything that is going on in a “ movers life” Lol. Thank you Jessica can’t wait to send any and everybody I know who needs storage your way !

This place is ok if you don't mind the tweekers lurking around on their bikes also they raised the rent by $80 which is about a third of what i was paying. Moved up the street for the same size at a cheaper rate.

DO NOT RENT HERE!! They raise their prices every year. Last year the prices went up $20 and now this year they raised their prices by $40 with a month notice. My unit got broken in to and their cameras showed nothing. Just recently, I paid my rent (with the $40 increase) they charged me a $26 late fee that was not paid and they locked me out of the facility for $26. They disabled my code and I could not get in to my unit. This is how they treat their customers. Perhaps they need to focus more on who is braking in to their units instead of locking customers out. Also, their hours changed, so you pay more for less time to access your unit. Shop around because this place is the most expensive and closes earlier than everyone else.
Best storage unit I’ve been to in the country by far. Would travel back from New Zealand just for this place!
