The fact that chrissy was out in the rain taking care of the property is just amazing
Love location, right off freeway. The hours are great compared to the other locations. Staff keep place maintained and Jackie was very helpful with my move in, superb with communication and service.

The only reason I am not giving this location 0 stars is because I was able to store my items. However, the experience was terrible. I rented a partial 10'x15' unit so thought I was getting a deal for getting an odd sized unit. Within 3 months the prices started going up until it reached $270 per month and I had to let it go. FYI storage locations can change prices whenever they want so be careful.
I put in my notice to vacate on early August to be out by August 31st. Then I started getting calls about when I would be out of my unit. I had stuff to do and was planning to go on the 30th and clear it out. When i went on the 30th I found that I was locked out of the property, the PM had cut off my lock, entered my unit, and was in the process of throwing my items away. When I called customer service I was told I had a lien on my unit so they could do that. It appears that the PM at this location (Mather Field) is notorious for this. To sum up they entered my unit illegally, created a fake lien to cover their illegal actions, and blamed me when I called them on it.
I was finally able to get it sorted out with the PM form another location. She was great but told me not to write a bad review because it might affect their bonuses. I tried not to but this behavior is disgusting!
So do NOT rent from here. If you are renting from here, be careful..they might enter your unit on false pretenses, and they discourage customers from complaining because it seems that the company practices retaliation. I will never rent here again and will tell everyone I can as often as I can not to rent here. Good Job Michelle!!

There's a Public Storage facility on that road @ which I've been a tenant for the better part of three plus years. The property manager, "Tami", is a very personable, fair and helpful individual who cares very much about the happiness of her tenant(s) and will do as much as she can to maintain their happiness. She is also someone who values and respects an individual(s) dignity as well as being understanding of personal hardship(s) & w/o hesitation, steps right in to help any way she can. She has demonstrated her capacity of compassion and willingness to help out anyone in need on my behalf on several occasion(s). Folk(s), if you're looking for a place managed by someone who may have written, and/or, @ the very least, assisted w/ the writing of the book "Guide to Providing Great Customer Service".

I thought it was going to be difficult to find an individual who treated each of the tenant(s) with the same level of respect, kindness and level of customer service the previous property manager had - I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO HAPPY TO BE PROVEN WRONG!!! In my humble opinion, Tami was quite the discovery because she imparts the very same treatment(s) to me with each & every encounter - making me feel welcome. She has also, in the short time she's been @ this location, gone to bat for me on more than one occasion, without even knowing what kind of person I was. So, all that being said, well done to those @ Public Storage with whom were responsible for finding a suitable replacement; and to our new property manager, I couldn't be happier, Tami - you're a perfect fit!!!

Where do I start? If you're looking for a safe home for all the stuff you can't currently keep crammed in the apartment look no further. My experience with the staff of this location has by far been the best I've ever had with any public organization. Tammy, the property manager, is the most helpful, kind, understanding, and consistently professional individual ive dealt with and I am very happy to have the ongoing relationship I have with this location. Highly recommended.

Tami the manager could not have been more accommodating! We lost our home due to a fire and needed immediate storage space. Although things were not going well for us we left the premises renting a clean and spacious unit to contain our essentials and smiles on our faces. I love it when people act like they enjoy their jobs. How refreshing! Kudos to you Tami for helping us brighten the tunnel and continue on our journey. You are an asset to the company.

Had no problems getting a storage after I accidentally rented the wrong size by online ! Tami was very helpful and had no problem fixing my mistake and getting me the right storage . Sam also helped me a few days earlier and was very helpful. Professional staff ! Clean and well kept property.

The staff was more then helpful.. I dont even have a storage at this facility. I just so happened to make a purchase off of Facebook Marketplace and I was on my motorcycle and it happened to be raining and I know where to get my purchase back to my house anytime people inside offered to let me stores there so I can go get my vehicle.....
