I met an employee named Aaron at a different public storage location and he has been very pleasant everytime I have encounter him. I was looking for a location with later gate access hours and he provided me with a list of all the locations that close at 9:00. I will be renting at this location because it is the most convenient for my business. I just want to say thank you to Aaron for being so courteous, polite, and patient with me. Aaron has helped me address all my concerns, and always goes above and beyond no matter the situation. This young man has the potential to rise in the ranks and I hope to see him progress in his occupational journey.

I've used this property many times for my storage needs over the last 13 years. The current manager Aaron is amazing and always very welcoming. He keep the property and especially the bathroom very clean.
Aaron and Ethan both are very friendly and very helpful and very patient with answering all of your questions. Ethan showed me the spaces to rent and was very nice and very patient in signing up and answering questions and Aaron went out of his way a lot!! He even helped clean up a few stains and more and answered any questions and checked to see if I was alright with all that he did. What can I say ?! You can’t get always get this kind of help and care! These two people seem to really care about what they and about you and I’m so grateful for that and them !! Thank you to you both !! :)
I came to public storage this morning and was greeted by an employee named Aaron. This is my first time inquiring about a storage space and he provided me with exceptional guidance and helped me determine the size of the space I needed at the most cost efficient price, given my budget. So they have a new employee here Aaron. We are having a problem with our drain, we live behind them. He went right out and cleaned it so the water is draining now. Really nice guy.

I wouldn't have even left 1 star if that was an option. The customer service is terrible. There isn't anyone ever on site. Public Storage is a joke and I would NEVER use them in the future. NEVER!!!!
This place is the worst, most incompetent business I have ever dealt with!!! My phone was dead so I couldn't see the time. There gate hours close at 6pm, I guess it was 6 04 and I was locked out so my storage is open and my 200$ tent Is in the hallway with no water for me to get it until tommorow at 6 am! Then I tried to leave and I was stuck behind the gate. I had too call a number and was on hold and kept behind the gate for 45+ minutes. That was after 20 minutes of me waiting for somebody to walk by and asking thru the fence if they could call my fiance so she could Uber me a phone charger!! Don't ever go too this place. I promise its the worst storage I've come across

I was paying for a unit here it's only been 2 weeks and my unit got broken into. They stole everything I had the largest unit available the rollup garages they only left me one box. I pay for the insurance and they're flat out refusing to refund me or give me compensation for all my stuff that got stolen I lost at least 3k worth of stuff due to their cheap locks and negligence. The male property manager did not care at all. 5 people I talked to got their units robbed too! I do not recommend this place you will get robbed and public storage doesn't care.
I would rate this place no stars if I could. I rented a storage unit here and my unit along with 50 other people's units got robbed blind. The property manager didn't care at all made no report of the theft to the police and didn't even send out emails to warn any of us this was happening!!! It feels like an inside job the guy is shady as eff and I'm paid up for the whole month of February and the guy canceled my account without my knowledge basically stealing half the month I'm paid up for! Avoid this place at all costs 4 thousand dollars worth of my stuff was stolen this place is a scam!

My storage unit was broken into and robbed of a lot of my stuff. I’m still in the process of filling an insurance claim and police report.
When I called corporate for public storage I was told by a very rude Supervisor the customers “Pay for storage not security.” My original post was deleted a few times on Facebook. So I’m getting ready to keep posting this with the new public storage tag line “Pay for storage not security.”

long walk to units carts not always available
Our unit was robbed and ransacked some time over last weekend. The owner/operator, despite having cameras, will not verify when the robbery occurred. We have also asked for a hard copy of the contact that we supposedly signed that removes Public Storage from all liability.
It's a great place to store stuff.

!!THEFT!! DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE. My unit was just broken into on building c along with multiple others. Another person told me their unit has been broken into three times now. The "locking" mechanism is outdated, cheap, and worthless. It doesn't take genius to figure how to break into these things. Oh and apparently this is an online location which means if your unit gets broken into you have to go to another public storage location to get the new key for your lock and to talk to an actual human being. That's all the help your going to get
Never had a problem here. Place for my storage I come check it out and enjoy the gate access and reasonable price for me. Staff is nice been in the place only once and that one time it was great.

I needed public storage for an emergency place to put some things and I was able to get a place the same day used it for a couple of months and was able to close out the day before I would have had to pay it was easy it was sufficient the employees were extremely professional and helpful it was a good place to store my things for a short period of time and if I had to use it for a long period of time it would have been a good place as well good price good place good people

This facility sucks. It is old, outdated, expensive, and the lights keep going out on us while we’re trying to work in our unit so you can’t see anything. No one will answer the phone to get the light fixed. There’s no property manager around in sight during posted business hours. I need to use the bathroom and that is locked as well, but there is no way to get any service. I called and left a message yesterday to ask about the lights and still haven’t heard back from anyone. The only cart i saw was too big to turn the tight and narrow corners and doorways. The door handle to get into the building is literally falling off the door. Even getting into the gate is annoying as they don’t have a keypad that accommodates driving by and punching your code. You have to physically get out of your car, walk up to that gate, and get back in. Do not get a unit here.
