This facility is immaculate! The property manager was incredibly friendly, great to work with, and clearly takes pride in her role and her facility. I rented my space online months ago, and the manager reached out to me on multiple occassions to ensure I still wanted the space, and offered her assistance as needed. When I finaly made it in, she helped me locate my unit, showed me how to access the building, the elevator, and my floor, and was great to work with. The climate control works well, and the hallways, elevator, and lobby of the building and the office were incredibly clean. I highly recommend this facility if you need to store your things.
Went to my storage and it was very clean smelled so nice I went to office and the manager Jackie was just cleaning thanked her for keep place clean she asked me for a review couldn’t say no she’s so polite and keeps this place clean for us thank you for all your hard work
While the storage complex is clean and safe it is super frustrating that you can’t access with your code after hours. Plus on a Saturday they don’t open until 9:30!!!!!! That is so late for a day that you could get a lot done. Now you have to fight with everyone else coming at peak hours. So frustrating

Jackie is one of the best company reps I've ever come across. She was helpful and informative, polite, and very welcoming. She told me everything I needed to know about moving my belongings in, accessing the storage, and what the busier times are at the facility. This public storage is conveniently located off the 210 freeway with plenty of freeway entrances to the facility ..Thanks to Leeana for wrapping up my final/move out, paper work so easy. I’ve only been using the facility for 2 months but I am very pleased with customer service on site. Leanna helped me rent 2 spaces, she made it easy. She’s very professional and attentive.
Only issue I had was no coverage one afternoon, a different employee ‘left’, locked the office, no notice on door and unable to get a hold of manager.

Amongst the most chaotic and hiccupy move of my life, Jackie was the star. She helped me on both sides of the move, getting set up with my promo unit from afar, a second unit when my place wasn't ready for me to move into, and then helping me manage things when my movers were no-shows the first day. She is a rockstar!

We left our stuff in this public storage 4 years ago. Besides just a little dust on top of the boxes, everything was in pristine condition when we went to get it. Move in and move out was a breeze. The property manager (I assume is Leanna) is superb, she returns our call immediately and confirmed everything and is so polite. Public storage should pay her well, she is extremely competent and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

第二：这个进门系统是真的繁琐两次密码，我知道你们为了安全。可你要知道。如果一个客户上下10次。这是一种什么体验。反正你们设计的这个人不会感受的。
第三：就是这个营业时间。咱们都夏令时了，你还不能往后延期一下时间。你们就安排一个员工，不差这点加班费吧。都是干货吐槽。
