Hours of operation HORRIBLE
I’ve only been using the facility for 2 months but I am very pleased with customer service on site. Leanna helped me rent 2 spaces, she made it easy. She’s very professional and attentive.
Only issue I had was no coverage one afternoon, a different employee ‘left’, locked the office, no notice on door and unable to get a hold of manager.

Amongst the most chaotic and hiccupy move of my life, Jackie was the star. We left our stuff in this public storage 4 years ago. Besides just a little dust on top of the boxes, everything was in pristine condition when we went to get it. Move in and move out was a breeze. The property manager (I assume is Leanna) is superb, she returns our call immediately and confirmed everything and is so polite. 第三：就是这个营业时间。咱们都夏令时了，你还不能往后延期一下时间。你们就安排一个员工，不差这点加班费吧。都是干货吐槽。
