Worst storage company, worst l location of worst storage company, worst customer service.
I like that most of their units are drive up... Place is always clean and well secured. I wish I could get stuff out 24/7 but 🤷♂️ otherwise my only gripe is the 40% bump on my monthly now...

I was down the street nearby helping a friend move and I mentioned to him there’s a public storage close by with packing supplies and we go there was a familiar face Jackie I met her at another public storage very nice and helpful thank you!

🤩 super impressed by the woman working at this property Alma. My father called in to see about possibly lowering his monthly dues. At first I didn’t think it would be possible until I saw that we got approved for a discounted rate. This property manager went above and beyond with our needs.

i must say Public storage has gone above and beyond with keeping access to not only to the units open, but as well as the office here. its quite surprising given that this area isnt the safest. looking from a business standpoint the liability they are willing to take is great for me. Alma has proven time after time that she is a great property manager and keeps this facility running in tip top shape.

I often come to this Public Storage place to help a elder lady friend who has a storage unit that she has all of her decorations for all the Holidays and season's of the year. I mean it's just ok. Regular storage place. Come to one and they're all the same. With inconvenient rules and have to put your code in every time to enter and exit?? But why the exit???!! Just inconvenient. They should have it open as you pull up to exit. But NO, ya have to get out of the vehicle after working for like an hour or sometimes a hour and a half. Sometimes almost falling out of the vehicle!!?? REALLY?!! That's the only complaint I have with Public Storage.
