Maria is a great customer service employee! She is not even the district manager of my unit at public storage, but she spent a lot of time trying to get me help regarding my access code even on a Sunday by reaching out to other people in my district :-) she was very sweet to give me her contact so that we could continue to make the codes work on a weekday (since today not many other employees at Public storage worked, and we couldn’t get the code). Really appreciate her willingness to help! :-)

Maria, who is the manager here in Los Gatos, is terrific! She definitely cares about the clients. She has helped me find the best storage units for my needs and responds to phone messages quickly if I have further questions.The Los Gatos storage units are well maintained and clean, and the lights turn on automatically in the hallways and stay on, which is a big plus for me.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I moved my stuff into a unit and about 6 months later they raised the rent 30% with no warning. The front desk girl was super nice the day I signed on and since then gives me a nasty attitude if I call or ask a question. She is not friendly. I’m surprised that this place has decent reviews. Don’t waste your time here. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else
I needed a box for a banjo. Maria was so kind in helping me. She took the time to go through all the options and also helped me pick out the best packing supplies to keep the banjo from damage in transit. This place offers more than storage! If you ever need boxes for an odd shaped gift or for moving, they also can help you with that. Maria was so kind and genuine. If I need storage, I’m definitely coming back because of her. 😊✌🏽✨

Great location, terrific manager Maria, and company is so-so.. After 3 months of storage rental, I got only a week's notice they were raising the rate on the fourth month: Public Storage raised my rate by 31% from $267 to $350. .
