Serena was awesome!! She is super strong, her customer service is amazing and incredibly helpful. I was on the property and needed to move rooms last minute and she helped me within 10 minutes to be able to move as I needed!

A great experience with Saratoga Public Storage. Z was extremely helpful and patient. I will recommend this location.

The supervisor in this facility is a liar. I already paid the storage unit and haven't move in yet. He called and ask if I can move to a different unit bigger with same rate but in two months will go up. He said my unit has water in side due to a sprinkles broke. I asked for a photo and he completely change his voice. He lied about my unit having water and forced me to cancel. So low class and this facilities is run by unprofessional liars

I just found out they fired Rochelle, who devoted 9 years of service here. Shocking. I don't know if they'll be able to replace someone with her work ethic. Huge mistake corporate! Many people here know Rochelle. They will not be happy with this decision. She's the only one who took care of issues because PS Corporate does nothing to solve issues and problems. It's like they just don't care. At least Rochelle was responsible and got things done. Employees are easily replaceable, but I'm not sure Public Storage can easily replace her. Public Storage is honestly a terrible company. One star for firing Rochelle. Huge mistake.

Rochelle the property manager is professional, efficient, incredibly knowledgeable, and very helpful. Public Storage is lucky to have her working for them. She keeps the property in outstanding condition.

Be aware of that, in the contract, PS can increase price as they pleased. I took a labor day special price, then after 3 months, price increased by about 50%. I called and complained, then PS show me that the contract T&Cs said, PS can increase price by just sending client an email notification. The increase does not have to be across the board, and can be by individual. This is a bait and switch tactics.

Came to the saratoga location to rent multiple spaces and met Rochelle. She is awesome and had all the information i needed where all other facilites were super confusing. She made my day super easy. Aewsome awesome awesome. Definately the best help hands down!! However the company of public storage keeps making huge rent increases lately..... I complained about it and they raised it more! Rochelle helped me with that too!! When she went on vacation the whole facility fell apart and they sold me a space that was already sold, and when they figured it out they locked me out costuming days of work and I had to pay for movers twice because of their mistake and then they wouldn't give me my money back without me threatening lawsuit. Rochelle is the only reason why I was there for so many years without her I would have left much sooner.

Great service on this location. Bathroom is surprisingly clean.

Just moved here from Arizona and was greeted by Erik the first day. Very nice and respectful guy who made me feel welcomed. I had all my belongings the day I came in to reserve/purchase my storage unit. After purchasing my storage unit not only did Erik show and explain how to use the app to have easy access to the gates but he showed me exactly where to find my specific unit. Thank you Erik!

I just met Rochelle and Erik while a walk on the property and they were nice and polite and they asked how my day was. We talked awhile and I let them know they’re doing a great job here. The property is quiet and clean. Kudos to the team

I am so fortunate to work with Rochelle, property manager at PS Saratoga! I was so nervous about having my possessions in a storage facility, but Rochelle has made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and given me peace of mind. She answers all questions I have (many), responds promptly to any voicemail, and helps me with all concerns. She's very good at making sure the facility is clean, well maintained, and 100% secure. I wouldn't store my stuff here if I felt otherwise. I was really nervous, but am much more calm now. Rochelle is responsible, very friendly, and PS is VERY lucky to have her. I've seen many unreliable storage managers who didn't seem to care or take pride in their work. Rochelle does, and that matters! Thanks so much, Rochelle.. for making me feel safe and secure! And Jennifer, too. She's also fabulous. James is also top notch. You can't get any better than the three of them! I do have one big issue though.. Why is there no second level of security at the elevator here? Most PS facilities have a second level of security. Saratoga doesn't. Please please get this fixed. This has nothing to do with the property managers (it is NOT Rochelle's fault nor her responsibility), but PS corporate. The elevator keypad doesn't work. I don't like how this location, even being in Saratoga, doesn't have another code box to access units. Corporate is impossible to reach and this is a big deal.

Jennifer was AWESOME!!! I came in to check my reservation and she notice that my monthly payment was not as I thought it would be. Well she went work doing this and that and there was a Memorial Day special going on and SAVED ME A LOT OF MONEY . She helped me set everything up on my phone and walked me through the e-rental while I was in the office with great patience. She helped me download the Public Storage app we set it up with automatic payments . SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, ASK FOR JENNIFER SHE IS THE BEST!!!!

Jennifer did a terrific job reserving a storage space for a small car for us. She was very helpful and supportive. If we need a storage space for any reason in the future I would definitely rent the space from her.

Jennifer showed me new Feature Down Load Public Storage App on my cellphone & patiently showed me how to set up account & Test Gate code on App. Now I can get in & out on property faster. She put in Rent Rate Decrease to Lower my Rent on 2 units. Beyond Grateful & got Best Public Storage Experience. Come By See Jennifer help u Rent storage unit or Buy Moving Supplies.

Jennifer is a ROCK STAR! My partner and I had just clearing out my storage unit from the Los Gatos location and were getting set to move it into this location. Jennifer asked me why I had 2 units (turns out I forgot one small thing to fully vacate the LG unit), & when I explained that her location is much closer to our home & also less expensive, she explained that there are options I can take in a year if my rent goes up again. In addition to my partner and me, she was also assisting an elderly gentleman & another couple. All of us were moving our stuff into the same building so we all got to really know each other well! She was all by herself, but she handled all of our needs with grace & humor. Amazing customer service & the facilities are clean & well kept

Jennifer was amazing with my public storage experience! She was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and showed me around the units. She was able to clearly explain everything for me, as this is my first time using a storage unit. I came right before closing but my unit was too small and she went above and beyond, helping me with all the options for this location and other locations as well, ultimately helping me secure the perfect spot. She stayed after hours to help me out with getting the right spot at another location and refunded my original unit. Highly recommend this location and company. I have been renting a storage unit from Publick Storage (PS) in Saratoga for 5 years since moving back from abroad, and have been very satisfied with its service and its facilities. Last Friday, I went into the office looking to transfer to a different sized unit to accommodate a slifht change in lifestyle. Lindsay was there and she provided excellent service, helping me choose and decide on a unit that just fit my need. Lindsay was friendly and courteous and she knows her business well. It was a very pleasant experience.

Jennifer did a fabulous job for me it has taken a few days for me to meet some with here, she was here when I came and within five minutes everything had been accomplished that I needed, 10 stars!

This is a really nice facility. It is clean and well run with coded security entrance and exit gates. I worked with the property manager, Rochelle, who is super nice and accommodating. She explained everything I needed to know thoroughly and patiently so the whole process was seamless. I needed to wait a couple of months for an interior unit to become available to store my books so she put me on the waiting list. As soon as a unit became available, Rochelle called me as promised and the booking was handled quickly and smoothly. I couldn't be happier, which is an odd thing to say about a storage facility but Rochelle makes this place special.
