They just close whenever they feel like it, regardless of what their hours are supposed to be. I've come multiple times during business hours and they are completely closed. No one ever answers the phone and they have units like all over the ceiling so that sometimes your unit has to be reached by a ladder. All the units are weird shaped or fifteen feet up on top of other units. It's a terrible janky storage facility that is super confusing and falling apart and don't waste your money. Idk who all these fantastic workers are but I met two of them and one was super nice but the other acted like she was mute or something and didn't help at all even after watching me struggle to find my unit and operate the 900 year old elevator. And they're super overpriced. Not the price advertised online either.

This review is for Jose (manager) only! He himself does this place way better. He is very helpful, understanding and professional. The previous manager that I met there was terribly annoyed that I came just to check out the unit at 5.45 pm (yes, I was late but I needed just to take a look and 15 minutes is more than enough). Anyway Jose takes all the stars!

Jose was really helpful & proactive! Last week, he called back when I just booked the unit so I can complete my booking / rent online… otherwise, someone else would’ve taken it. Afterwards, i was unsure what it’s going to look like in-person, so i came in to check it out myself.
Jose suggested my unit might be too small for what i was going for, and he was right…! He showed me my unit and other potential units available that might fit, and I changed immediately!

Sept 2022: Almost $83 price increase…. Wow it is not even worth the price!
For sept 2023: they raised again and I figured they do this every year. Last year my rent with $11 insurance was $364 that’s the price they already increase and now for sept 2023 they will raised again total $401 for a medium space 10x7.5
David assisted me today with my storage rental. He took the time to show me the various storage that’s available. The ones left are little small but this is close to my house. David also took the time to answer all my questions. The. building was nice and clean. The building seemed very secure.

I got a unit here and the experience was excellent. The service we received from the front office was pleasant and painless. I never needed to store our things but recent move has forced to temporarily place my belongings here. Very clean location, which was very important
We got the worst spot. The elevator did not go to our level and I didn't see a disabled ramp. Had to carry heavy items up and down stairs.

Had my stuff here for a few years, always paid on time. They doubled my rent in one year! Went from $260 to $500 in a year. Insanity. The facility is small which is convenient but not very well thought out for moving items in and out.

Rented a 7x10 storage unit and opened it to see that half of it is taken up by a wood structure. Management says no refunds. Talk about false advertising, and we will be filing a claim. Hope this helps someone else - DO NOT RENT A UNIT FROM HERE

This storage facility is really great!!! The staff, specifically, Bianca, at this location, and Pedro, on the phone when I was booking my unit for the 1st time, could not have been more helpful and patient. They answered all of my many questions and concerns and were very responsive to my specific needs. When I went to the location for the 1st time, Bianca took me personally to my storage unit and showed me the easiest way to get to it and a little short cut that I never would have figured out, that make it easier for me to load my stuff into my unit. The customer service was way more fantastic than my jaded self ever expects anymore from any company anywhere. I was also impressed with how clean the facility is. I’ve used other storage places in the past and none of them were as clean as this one is. I would have given them 10 stars if I could!!

Ricardo is very personable and helpful. Move in to the unit was simple. We had some difficulty securing the unit due to miscommunication regarding payment polices between corporate Public Storage and the local Public Storage. After three trips to the facility, everything worked out.
