The space ended up being bigger than anticipated, the staff keeps it clean and maintained, and Mario is exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Considering how stressful moving can be I’d recommend this location for the peace of mind and good service.

First time using a public storage unit and it was pretty simple. I secured the unit online, had some decent offers and coupons on certain units. Unfortunately first unit was too small but was easy to upgrade. Love the fact that they provide small carts when using the facility which made it super easy with the move.

Beware! Scammers. They give you an entry rate and then will DOUBLE the monthly cost. I haven’t even been in my unit for a year and the cost has increased twice! I’m storing the belongings of a family member who has passed away and these are incredibly predatory business practices. I’ll be reporting to the BBB.

I made an appointment at 5 to check sizing on the storage units. Lights where off and when I called all I kept on getting was transfered to answering machines. In the end I ended up getting a unit online that was too big because no one was able to help me in person.

I got there at 5:55pm which is 5 min before they closed.
The girl went out of her way to rent me a 5x10 special which was bigger than what I needed. She was polite, and professional even thou she stayed almost 20 mn late.
She also walked me to the gate to show me how to get in, then she walked me to the building, up 3 floors to my locker and opened it for me.
I would recommend this location to be a preferred choice for storage.

I know I’ve mentioned it before but coming here is a relaxed experience. I’ve worked with other storage facilities before and it was either ordinary or poor quality. But every time I come to my storage Mario always makes the experience welcoming and fun. He seems to remember me every time I come and im sure he does the same for other customers. It really helps having a friendly and knowledgeable worker. The facility is always well maintained and a breeze to go in and out of. I highly recommend this location.

Beware of lack of security. We had our trailer stolen right under their nose, someone ran into the front of it and two weeks ago went to put on current dmv tags only to find the door lock had been broken and someone was either sleeping in it or was trying to steal something. Luckily we do not keep anything in it. And now I got notice they are increasing rent by
40 percent. Anyone know of a good safe Rv storage??

Today, January, 04, 2022, I had a very positive experience, I made a call to my local Public Storage, location 4820 San Fernando Road. It was important that I discuss an important issue. I left a short message and received a quick callback from, Mario, M. and based on the message that I left Mario, M., had already solved my problem...It was that easy. When he called me back, he was super sweet, yet, so professional. I was prepared to give a detailed argument regarding my concern, but, Mario, M., took the wind out of my sails, when he responded with a very fair resolution for me. Mario, M., allowed me to have a more positive view of Public Storage, that they really care about their customers. I know that Mario, M., cares about the customer and I feel very happy about the entire company and my experience with Mario, M.
