I had the best time renting this space the manager that I had the pleasure of renting from was Shemeika she was very Friendly and Courteous, she was very knowledgeable with the prices as she was explaining the renting proceeds to me. Even though I was stressed when I walked into the office speaking with him and the help that he provided sent a sense of peace over my body and when I left it I was no longer stressed thanks to Ethan and his kind words he was very apologetic for things that are out of his control which showed me and made me feel Like he genuinely cared about my feelings. Warning ⚠️!!!!!!!Do not go to this place!!!!! i spoken to henry about purchasing a storage unit once i purchased this 5’5 storage unit and went in to look at it a huge rat run from eating the poison inside the unit and scared me and my 4 year old daughter!!! when i went back to let henry know there was a rat in the storage unit he was very rude and giving me a hard time to get my refund back!!!! please don’t go there i’m saving you a trip and money they gave me a very hard time giving my money back and they don’t give your money back it’s in the contract!!!

I’ve experienced theft on two separate occasions in two different storage units over the past year. The first time it happened, management offered me another larger unit at a discounted price. I accepted their offer and then they increased the rent 4 months later. Over this past winter I arrived to my unit and everything inside was covered in mold due to a leaky roof. I notified the property manager and they did nothing. That unit was broken into a few weeks ago and today I get an email stating that my rent will increase again. They don’t have any onsite security after hours. All they have are cameras which don’t do anything to stop or deter theft. While filing a police report on-site I was informed by another customer that 10 units were broken into on the same night. The police officer who took my report said that they are frequently taking reports at this location and the cameras don’t do anything to deter theft or catch the perpetrators. To add insult to injury, I informed the property manager that I was moving out today. My payment was automatically deducted for this month, so I asked to be prorated the difference. The property manager said that she could not do that. Lastly, she had the nerve to ask me to change my review to a 5 star review because it takes 15 five star reviews to negate 1 one star review. I contacted corporate via chat on their website and the agent hung up on me after I explained what happened. A message to headquarters: We store our possessions in good faith trusting that they will be kept safe from theft and other damage like mold from leaky roofs. Your business ethos should include those fundamentals and they should resonate through everyone who works for you. Walmart became who they are today because they put the customer first. They are a shining example of what happens when those values are met with consistency and understood by all employees. Update: I contacted all the corporate executives and they prorated the last month’s rent, so I’m changing my 1 star rating to a 3 start for the responsiveness; however, it took a great deal of effort on my part. I still moved out and wouldn’t consider renting from this location again unless they had onsite security.

I’ve Been a Customer Here For Over a Year Now. It’s very Close to Where I Live & The Entrance/Exit Accessibility Button on the PS Mobile App is So Convenient.! I Was Recently in a Tight Fix With Trying to Make some Adjustments & When I tell You, Liz ..The Property Manager, She Absolutely Came through For Me.! She naturally assisted me with politeness and grace. Proper Customer Service is Pretty hard to come by these Days. ~Therefore I Highly recommend Patronizing their Business & Absolutely, Ask for Ms. Liz..Cause she’s Gonna get You Right.! 😊

I have known Liz since July 2021 in her capacity as the manager of the Public Storage facility at 2506 Atlantic Ave in Long Beach. She has shown herself to be outstanding in customer services and has a keen willingness to anticipate the needs of those she assists. I also appreciate her detailed attention to maintaining the wellbeing and cleanliness of the storage facility. No one can match the care and concern Liz has for her job.

We moved from Signal Hill Self Storage a few months ago as they had stolen much of our property. We were very disappointed and afraid to rent another storage unit but we had to. We decided to to go with Public Storage on Atlantic Ave., in Long Beach, Ca. Still hesitant and afraid I agreed. I have to say, out of all the storage facilities we have rented units from, PUBLIC STORAGE has been the best. LIZ has amazing customer service and helps the customers genuinely, always looking for their benefit. She works very hard and keeps the place clean. I feel that our belongings are safe now. Thanks for all your help Liz. We truly appreciate your help.

Natalie was super friendly and helpful. Fantastic customer service! I Had to come back to say, Natalie did help me again this day. There was a mix up on the unit # I was shown and the unit # on my online completion. Natalie's attitude helping me was above and beyond Great service. She was so patient and kind to me even after having to switch back the unit she had just did the switch for. Not making me feel bad for asking her to do this was a relief to feel. Most people are unkind, and rude.. Phenomenally kind, and openly understanding she was. It was really Deeply appreciated to see her smile through the process both times. While others in her position may have been irritated or bothered for what I asked of her, cause sadly most people are like that, she wasn't. Your Awesome Natalie!! Keep Your Light Shining! Liz was super friendly and helpful. I reserved a unit online but wanted to check it out in person. She walked me out to the unit and explained the facilities security system as well as the access instructions and hours. The location was easily accessible and very clean. Liz made the process simple and quick and didn't make me feel uncomfortable when I asked her 20 questions! I had a great experience, would recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean and secure spot to store their belongings.

The rates just keep going up! Since 2015 the price has gone from $350 to $900. Oh, and the mice are out of control. I have had a worthwhile conversation with the management of this specific location. I have been reassured that there are ways to get a new unit after all this time and $$ relief as well.

If Not OUT They Say Office Personal Will Call the Police to get You Out what the Heck ! ! ! ( FYI ) OTHER PLACES ARE BETTER 100%

To expensive never never again they get you in then every month they go up like the rent and no where to put trash and they treat it like apartment but you can't sleep there

I've been thinking to get in the gate for 3days they don't know when they're going to fix gate and want open back gate to let in I have event Saturday and can't get in unit that's bad business I will sue if I miss event.
