Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 1734 E Carson Street, Carson, CA

I recently opened a storage unit at Public Storage and had an excellent experience thanks to Carson and Cheryl. They were both very helpful and friendly. Carson provided clear explanations about the rental process and the unit, while Cheryl answered all my questions with a smile. Their professionalism made everything easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this location for great customer service!

Good vibes and trustworthy people. Kody, the property manager, is especially kind and thoughtful. I appreciate him a lot! I’d imagine that normally getting a storage unit isn’t necessarily an enjoyable experience, but his positive attitude and generosity made the experience fun :)

I was living in the area for a few months and didn't have enough room to store what I needed. I was honestly just expecting just average service like I would anywhere else, but Kody really went above and beyond everytime I needed something. It really made me feel comfortable knowing my posessions were being taken care of by someone who actually cared instead of someone just there for a paycheck. Public storage will definitely be my first choice next time I need anything stored. Thanks Kody!!

Always well maintained and clean. The staff are always polite and friendly whenever I happen to drop by to get things from my storage unit. The location is conveniently located minute or two from the 405 freeway and Wilmington Avenue exit.

I've been renting storage space here for 3 years. The rent was going up each year to the point that I was considering downsizing and shopping around for storage facilities. While I was there going through my things, I came across Chrissy in the hallway. She introduced herself and told me if there's anything she could help with, just come and talk to her. Timing was perfect. I told her about my situation. She assessed my needs (now and future). Then showed me a couple of storages and made recommendations and told me to let her know whenever I am ready. She was so friendly and helpful, I ended up moving to a new unit on the same day. My rent went down more than half with this move. She saved me lots of money. She was also right about the storage size. New unit is perfect for my needs. To be honest, if I didn't run into Chrissy today, I would have moved to another storage facility. Thank you, Chrissy.

Been with PS for over 2 years … power has been out in my unit for over a year which means no lights. I have to get in my unit before sun goes down 6pm. I ask about it monthly and they tell me they will follow up and never do. But they get my money every month and call like credit card collectors when they don’t get your money on the 1st of each month….. perhaps this review will assist me in getting a discount on my monthly rate for my inconvenience, and some light in my unit.

Today I went to public storage with my sister , I was confused on how to access my unit becaus my key was not working silly me I grabbed my gas keys instead of my lock keys so I went into the office a little furious bc I just brought this unit there is no way my key shouldn't work ! On my way to the office I was approached by a young lady named Raven she asked me if I needed any help I explained my situation to her that my keys didn't work on my lock I wasn't sure if I was going to the wrong unit or had the wrong keys so miss Raven took me into the office and helped me look at my storage unit number I had the correct storage unit number so I wasn't sure why my keys wasn't working she took the time out to come over to my unit and help me out with my lock silly me that's when I noticed this was my gas key she patiently helped me look for my key in my car and open the unit for me not only was she patient but she was so kind that she turned my frustrated moment into the highlight of my day with her sense of humor and great customer service thank you Raven hopefully when I return is there to help me with her great customer service again all right let me take her then

it's a public storage, does everything it needs to do, it's clean and the employees are great
