For the last couple of months access has not been working in the app, so I had to visit the from desk to get the code to be manually entered. Today, I moved out. The "blonde" young man at the desk was unable to provide me with any proof that I had moved out. He said, "I would have to wait to receive an email confirmation from the woman that inspects the units." That is totally unacceptable, I told him. I asked him why he was unable to do the inspection himself. He said, "He doesn't do that, and I would just have to wait."
I would like to say thank you to Jannete. She provided great service,came in down and left with a smile. Everyone needs an employee like her.

Multiple people reported missing items, 'cameras will be checked' is the common response. There's even 'a detective on the case', yet stuff continues to go missing. We had issues opening our lock, workers had to cut the lock and had to check the items ourselves, everything was a mess. Nobody working here let us know anything. Would never recommend. 10/30/23

Really not sure how the staff is getting such great reviews. Spoke with 4 other customers on site who were waiting for staff to make an appearance.. hours later and still no one there. Apparently “lunch” is 2+ hours long.

The storage space was clean and very well maintained. She was doing a perimeter check and my daughter and I walked with her. Asking all of me ridiculous questions and checking out the area as well. We enjoyed r time with her. And I would recommend checking this place out to anyone who needs a storage space. Ask for Jenny. She is the reason I would continue to use this storage facility. The lovely young woman at this establishment, “Jenny”, is as helpful as anyone I’ve ever dealt with in the service industry. Went so above and beyond the call of duty to help us with our storage needs, it was absolutely unreal. The office was very busy yesterday, but this team worked together in a very impressive synergy to take care of everyone’s needs. I’m still just in awe of them when I woke up this morning. Even the manager, Dan, I believe was out walking the property and interacting with everyone it was top notch service in every way. Humble, intelligent human beings that were on their A game taking care of the consumers needs in such a manner that should be taken note of. I’ve worked in the service industry for 30 years all the way up to management and good people are hard to find and it can take years to build a cohesive team like this one. They should be recognized for their efficiency. If you want to see how a place of business should be run then head over to public storage on Broadway in lemon grove and they will be more than happy to show you how it should be done flawlessly! Good job you guys and thank you for all your help!

I needed a temp space for two months. The Lemon Grove location was perfect. The folks in the office were efficient from beginning to end. Always felt safe being there. The facility still seems new and is very clean overall.
