To follow up on what happened, public storage and I were able to find a resolution for the incident with my unit. Victoria once again was very nice and helpful. I'm glad we were able to work it out.

Do not use this place for storage. I've rented a few different storages and this is by far the worst. I was supposed to receive 2 months free rent after a mudslide ruined some of my stuff. Nobody told me that the 2nd month wasn't approved and there was lien put on my unit. when I figured it out on my own I paid the month anyway but the lien fee was still active and that was enough for them to continue with putting my stuff up for auction when it shouldn't have been since I paid that month. I wasn't even behind in payments besides the lien fee which should have been lifted. After all this I can't even get in touch with anyone at any corporate office. How convenient

$338 was my payment @ a year ago, went up to $433 NOW $514. This is a 52% increase with no warning!!! It is out of control! Been to the office twice with no help. Even called customer service more than a few times. Do not rent here. Repeat do not rent here.

This location seems nice from the outside, but they have rat infestation inside. Rat droppings remained uncleaned for weeks, so I decided to move my stuff somewhere else. My boxes all had rat droppings and fur. For the high cost of these units they should be better cared for. I recommend scoping out a few other storage facilities around the area for cheaper prices and better service for your buck.
Their front desk staff were always very nice and helpful. I don't know who is in charge of their cleaning, but they weren't doing much of it.
Their app is pretty convenient too to open the gate and keep track of when you accessed the unit.

The manager at the time, harassed me about every little thing. The threatened to evict me cause I changed my sweaty shirt. Then the manager would always walk by my storage unit after I opened up storage door and he would be listening to this R&B song with the lyrics (my body on top of your body). And ofcourse he happened to be an openly gay individual Which made me uneasy about the song and the constent harassment. I ended up relocating to a different storage facility...
Brianna was more than helpful when it came to choosing the perfect size unit for me. As soon as I walked in and saw a huge welcoming smile, I knew it was going to be a smooth ride from there. The atmosphere over all was great! The place was nice and clean. The customer service was phenomenal.
Brianna had answers to all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. Definitely the best experience I've had purchasing anything! I was actually purchasing a unit in a different location while being in that one but Brianna was more than happy to accommodate and walked me through the app in doing so. The customer service and mood felt so welcoming that it was actually hard to leave. I hope Brianna gets a raise. Brianna is a very valuable employee! If had a business I would hire Brianna in a heart beat.

I stopped at public storage on 54 just looking around and I was greeted with a smile that was so welcoming. Dawn was so great she was patient and explained everything to me being my first time at any storage facility. She took the time to show me units and my options with no pressure. I knew then, this is the place to be. The place was clean and maintained to the highest. Thank you again and again Dawn.

Good spot to storage your extras
I love this public storage experience. I have been a client of public storage for over 20 years. However this is a different experience I have a team here that actually takes care of me and I so appreciate from management a.k.a. Victoria to all of the ladies that assist her they take great care of their clientele. Their environment is extremely clean and I always feel safe when I am on the premises. This also allows me the security that my stuff is also safe. Great team great experience I definitely recommend to all.
Well run facility, but the rent is very high..
So my storage unit was broken into.. the lady told me this was the 4th time it has been broken into. They do not warn you at all if a storage unit has been broken into before. You pay insurance and I couldn't get anything for all my stuff that was stolen because I didn't have pictures or receipts of my items. They could not move me into a different storage unit after mine was broken into. I moved out my stuff completely on the 1st. They changed me full rent for one day. Do not trust this place with your stuff. They only have one camera and it's near the gate, No where else on the property.
Have had 2-3 units for 5+ years. Staff are always polite & professional. Premises are kept clean. Have never had a problem with staff. I can highly recommend them!!
