Jennifer and Jurnee were absolutely FANTASTIC!!! First of all, the customer service was exceptional. Secondly, the unit is absolutely perfect. I am so happy that Jennifer and Jurnee were there to help me get my space, it made me feel even more confident about my downsize (I have to admit, I was a bit nervous). The exceptional service and care I got from Jennifer and Jurnee was so pleasant and really put a smile on my face. It’s not everyday that people in customer service treat others with respect, but these two are some of the good ones. Keep up the great work, I appreciate you both!
Don’t rent here. They raise the rent every year by $30 and the manage is on a power trip and is not nice and when I told her I wouldn’t be able to afford the rent is there anyways I could keep the last increased price she was like nope and asked what day I’m leaving.

Both Jen and Jurnee we're very helpful in helping me to decide what kind of units I would need at the best possible price! They were both very knowledgeable and friendly individuals who had an excellent demeanor of professionalism and a wonderful personal touch with customer service. They ended up finding a unit a little bit closer to my home at a different location but still were able to help me get the best deal and I was given so much knowledge about all of the properties not just their own. My personal property felt safe and secure with them knowing that they are vigilant and with their lock checks and security of all the customers and units there. love this location and all of Public Storage! I have not personally used the storage but I have helped several people move things in and out and it is a very secure building, and fairly easy to navigate if you look at the posted maps!

The whole facility makes me feel safe and secure there’s cameras everywhere, they have dollies to help you get your belongings in or out of storage and everything is digital which is awesome. I plan on renting a smaller unit in the next couple months and I couldn’t recommend this place more highly. Jennifer and Evette, you rock!!!

Not a fan of double access to get into the building. Also there is no load unload ramp. However the staff is really nice and the place is kept extremely clean. Even the bathrooms are clean.
My storage unit was broken into on the very first day, 20 minutes after I left! Personal items were stolen and the employees and managers would not provide specific information to the Irvine Police after I filed a theft report which makes me believe it was an inside job!

I recently rented a unit at Public Storage in Irvine. I was greeted by Jurney, with a big smile - she was so welcoming and very professional. She guided me through the process and was so helpful every step of the way. She explained everything, from getting a proper lock, insurance, how to access the facility, the best entrance for me to use to be closest to my unit, the app that is available to simplify your entrance to the property and into the facility and using the elevators, etc. I was also very impressed that the facility was exceptionally clean and secure.
I love this location! Every time I have interacted with the staff they have been kind and awesome to work with. Shout out to Jennifer and Brandon!
When you sign a contract with one of these companies, you think that you’ve locked in a price for the rest of your lease… right?
Not necessarily. All storage contracts are month to month, allowing the rent to increase any time with 30 days notice.
National self storage facilities increase rent for current customers frequently, oftentimes twice a year. So a unit you thought would be $40 per month suddenly costs you $50 per month. If you stay a year with that new rate, you’ll be dishing out an extra $120 you hadn’t budgeted for.
The storage companies know it’s a hassle for you to move again and take advantage of that. The industry calls you a “sticky” customer because of this fact.
Zack was helping us. I think he said he was new to this facility or maybe new to public storage? We found him to be very professional, friendly, If I remember correctly another lady "Jennifer " was helping us to and she was very friendly and helpful oh and actually there's was like 4 people working in the office and all were so friendly and answering our questions, they were all just so welcoming to their customers, sorry I can't remember the other other two girls names, but if I were to describe the atmosphere and vibes of the staff members I would say , Smiles, friendliness, helpfulness , oh wait that 3 words, what can I say they were " Awesome " AAA
