Guy was an excellent person to talk to and had excellent customer service. I did rent a space for October in September, but i actually no longer needed it for October, yet I was still charged fully and was given absolutely no refund. Public storage essentially stole $224 from me. I do NOT recommend renting here unless you confirm their refund policy with them. Once you pay for the space, make sure you will in fact use it because you will not see your money again even if you don’t need the space anymore and vacate for the month you initially paid for.

Excellent Public Storage location! Personally, this is close by and on a convenient road. Having a new Starbucks next door is nice also! As for the location itself, always well kept and clean! Guy does an excellent job keeping everything looking great! Not to mention, he’s one of the nicest and kindest people I’ve come across at Public Storage. Highly recommend this location.

Public Storage has made our move to the area a breeze! No matter who is at the front desk, they're always cheerful and supportive, answering any questions that you have and ensuring that you have access to your unit. They accommodate our Pod delivery without an issue and unlike our previous facility, they are actually climate controlled and don't just say they are! Nothing at all negative to say here, really well done.

This is the second time I am using this Public Storage facility. The staff at this location (Moulton & Ridge Route) have always been helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and just outstanding people. Guy is the person I met with recently and he is always wonderful! Would recommend this business! I also worked with an employee, David, and he helped me to easily move from my old unit to a smaller one on the same day. David made it so easy by keeping my access code the same and my new unit close to the old one. Thank you!!!!!

PSA: If you rent a unit from here, just know that there is a thief around here (possibly multiple thieves) with lockpicking skills who has the ability to pick your lock, sneak into your unit while you're not there, and go through your stuff looking for valuables. I don't go to my unit often but I checked on it yesterday (4/20/2024). I immediately noticed something was amiss the moment I stood in front of my unit as the straps of one of my bags was sticking out from under the door and I never close the door of my unit and leave with anything sticking out. The next odd thing I noticed was that I had the hardest time unlocking one of my locks and getting it off with my key even though I had done it so many times before with no problems. (I use two locks, both purchased from Public Storage.) I still thought this could all just be some weird coincidence. But then the moment I opened the door to my unit I immediately knew someone had gotten into it. Cases and bags were left open and strewn about in the completely wrong positions. I NEVER leave my bags and cases open. And while I admit my unit isn't the neatest, I have my designated spots for certain things and things were misplaced in the wrong positions and thrown around, like the thief was in a rush while looking for valuables. I'm not yet sure if anything is missing as my schedule is extremely busy right now and I just don't have the time right now to go through everything and check, though I plan on doing so eventually. I also don't keep my most valuable possessions in storage so I don't have to necessarily rush to check. I have a feeling what the thief thought they might find in the cases and bags that they rummaged through. I guess they didn't care if it was obvious they had broken into my unit since they didn't bother closing anything back up or putting it back in its proper place. The sneaky thing with this particular thief is that instead of just breaking your lock they appear to have lockpicking skills because my locks were not broken. Either that or someone has some sort of master key for the locks that are sold at this Public Storage facility. I'm definitely not saying it's any of the staff members as I talked to one of them about this and I didn't get the feeling that it was them. But maybe *someone* got a hold of a master key somehow, I don't know. All I know with 100% certainty is that someone got into my unit somehow. I'm not the only who has had this happen. I like the location of this facility, it's clean and well-maintained, and the staff have been courteous. However, there is clearly a major security issue with this facility. I don't know what the solution to this should be, but then again this is not my industry and it's not my job to figure it out. I pay a big wad of cash every month for Public Storage to figure this out, not me. I wish I could give a better review/rating for this place since there are some positives like I mentioned, but getting your unit burglarized is literally one of the worst things that can happen to you while renting a storage unit. So that is, by definition, a bad experience.

Help my friend move in to your facility on Moulton Parkway. Met property manager Guy, who was very helpful took us around showed us where we were helped us with our unit had shown us how to use the elevator and code box. He has a great personality very personable answered all our questions, and we did notice that the facility was very clean, and we were very happy with the whole process. He’s a 10 star in our book.

What a great experience I have with public storage. In particular with property manager Guy, he has great professional skills. Guy is great listening to what people want and need! His sales skills are optimal.

I can't say enough about the quality of the service and the storage facility at the Laguna Woods location of Public Storage. The facility is clean and neat and the access to the individual storage units is very convenient. The coded access feature works great, whether you use the mobile app or the push button control device. Guy, the Property Manager provides great service and covers all the bases when explaining the use and operation of the facility. Moving can be a very stressful undertaking, but one thing I don't worry about now is the role of offsite storage now that I have contracted with Guy and the Laguna Woods location of Public Storage.

I was looking at storage units for next month and I went to your Moulton facility there. I met the manager Guy he was very nice helpful. Had a lot of knowledge answered. All my questions showed me around. I was very impressed when I’m ready we will use this public storage. what a great experience.

The property itself is always clean / smells clean, and I have no complaints in regards to Guy and / or the property, and the price is right. ! You can't go wrong getting a unit here!

Edit 12/2023: (I had forgotten I did a review 2 years ago, when first moving in) This review is specific to Guy and his facility at 23572 Moulton Pkwy. I like apps for the convenience, and PS has a decent one for account management and access. But I'd MUCH rather deal face to face with Guy. His personality combined with his customer service skills are off the charts. I swear, if I could I would hire him away, I would! There are are lot of options out there, but Guy is the only reason I rent at this location, for a few years now, and with no plans to switch. Good customer service has become, unfortunately, much too rare. Guy reminds you how it SHOULD be. ------ I paid and reserved online. Everything was ready for me to move in just minutes afterwards! Then when onsite, even though no check-in was needed, Steve saw me and asked me if all was good, then he answered some questions I had. Truly a great move-in experience, and Steve made it even better and easier still!

We were in desperate need of a storage unit near our new facility and we stopped by here to see if there were any units available. Guy was able to get us into a unit in what felt like 10 minutes. Way easier than expected and he explained everything in great detail while keeping the process moving along. Staff is A+, cleanliness is A+, and the storage unit itself is as good as a storage unit gets.

I had purchased a storage unit for sale on auction. I was greeted by Guy, and he has the best customer service I have come across. If I ever need any future services, I would consider calling Guy for help.

Public Storage is a 5 star property in my opinion! It is convenient to where I live and a clean facility. And, Guy, the manager at PS Laguna Woods deserves a 10-star rating! He is professional and always listens to my requests, which have been many as I have multiple units and have had to make changes, additions, etc. He has made moving less stressful for me. Always taking the time to show me specific units and is very thorough and helpful. I’ve stayed with Public Storage mainly because of Guy’s helpfulness and professionalism.

I received help from Tris to resolve my multiple storage dilemmas (Jan. 20th). She went above and beyond. Tris is the reason I'm staying with Public Storage after decades of renting multiple units for personal and business reasons. In all those years, other than Tina, no one else has been as professional or been such a pleasure to do business with. I applaud her and hope she gets the recognition she deserves from Public Storage.

Great place and prices

Have had a unit here for years, but the rent increases were too much. I came in and was honest about it. A gentleman with shoulder sling (Joe, maybe?) was very chatty and nice, answered a few questions. I came back ready to purchase a different unit and move everything over and the District manager (Lizann, that's probably spelled wrong) was there. I didn't even have to explain the situation. She was very accommodating and helpful. She even made a suggestion of how to make it work for my schedule that I hadn't thought of. They don't seem like money grubbers or dishonest. I was fully expecting to have to navigate a sales pitch because they wanted 200 extra dollars a month. Nice people, nice units.

This is my first time to rent a storage so I did not know what to expect. I stopped by the public storage at Moulton Parkway. I met Tina and I tell you, she is by far the most informative and most courteous staff. I ended up renting at the one by Brookline Because Tina does not have the size I need it, but she is the one who convinced me to rent at Public Storage.

Tina was so pleasant and knowledgeable. She is a breath of fresh air when dealing with moving concerns. A true asset to your organization.
