Dont rent with the public storage they said you can start with $1 dollar first month its not true they dont even give you the full month, and i take out my stuff on the 6 of the month and they said i have to pay the whole month... not worth it...

Staff is very helpful and pleasant to work with.
Clean facility with great access to the 55 freeway but they unnecessarily enabled key code access to the North outer door, which means that you have to enter your code 3 times to get into your unit, plus a 4th time to leave.
For some reason the south gate is frequently broken and if I don't enter my code anyway, I tend to get a reminder that I could be fined for staying past closing time, even if I wasn't.
I went to Public Storage in Huntington Beach to inquire about deals on rentals. Katelyn was a tremendous help! She’s very knowledgeable and personable. She remembers customers names and from the few I seen while there, customers seem to be genuinely happy to see her. Thank you!

Was my first time visiting public storage and was kinda confused on how to go about renting but Luke was super kind and made everything easy to follow and understand! He answered all my questions and made me feel confident about renting. Great first experience definitely recommend!
do not rent a storage unit from this location. their hours for access are terrible (9:30am-6pm). the app for the gate control doesn't work half the time. i rented a unit in June 2023 and received a 40% rent increase notice in December. this place is a rip-off. you can't talk to the management/owners. the on site managers aren't helpful. find any other storage unit to rent. i am not a problem renter. i have had 2 previous units near my homes. one for 18 years and the other for 9 years. i pay a years rent at a time for the discount and have never had a problem. i also have never had my rent increase by 40% and after only 6 months at the location.

No carts and the facility is basically sheds. Staff is nice. We got our unit for $69 seven years ago. Rent increases twice a year. We just got another increase and now it's $200 for basically a 5X6 closet. Moving the stuff elsewhere to an indoor facility with carts who raise rent once a year andxstarting at $82. For short term and if you're nearby, they're fine. For long-term, not so much.
I’ve been using this specific facility for years and have a good experience with the ground sand units always being clean. Manager and staff are helpful, direct as ever and get things done! The normal things have occurred I will say, issues with vandals that happen EVERYWHERE and I know that this facility has LESS THAN and handle situations well!

I have been with this facility for a little over a year and gosh, they are wonderful! They communicate well and do everything in their power to help you out. Thank you Ambrosio! He credited my late fee to my next payment and offered to check if I qualified for any discounts. They go beyond what I ask everytime I call. They just want you (as their customer) to communicate.
