Toi was very helpful
Toi provided exceptional service. She was personable, knowledgeable about the units and the available inventory. Additionally she gave me a tour of the facility’s access entry and exit points, along with demonstrating key features on the app. I was able to secure a storage unit that same day and set-up Auto Pay to streamline my financial records.
Absolutely do not store with this company! They will take you money and let your valuables get stolen on top of that working with there insurance company it gets even worse they take several months to get back to you and then they denied your claim even if you have all the evidence to prove your stuff was stolen including a police report. They claimed our stuff was worth less than the 100 dollar deductible which I can assure it was worth way more than that. Absolutely terrible experience with this company if you cherish your valuables do not store your stuff with this company. Ps. They have cameras everywhere yet the thief's were able to break in and out of 5 different units we got a conviction but that is not the point the point is that our stuff was stolen and they don’t want to take responsibility. I have been at public at this storage for a while and staff is always kind, very quick to assist me . Lori especially has always been diligent with finding multiple storage units at the times I need them most. I had 4-5 large storage units at this facility at once and it was very easy gaining access to the property . I highly recommend this storage location .

Horrible customer service. I submitted my move out notice in March to vacat april5th, the manager said they dont prorate rent I would have to pay the full month rent for even although I'm vacating April 5th,2024.So I made my vacate date April 30th,2024 and padi the full month. I moved out April 30th, 2024, I called the manager to inform her ealirt that day that I will be out of the storage.It's now June 3rd, 2024 I revieved a email stating I am being charged May and June rent plus a lien fee. I called today after reciving this email to inform them again that I moved out April 30th. She asked me if I left the lock on the storage and I said yes, I purchased the lock from them so I thought I was supposew to leave the lock. She said well we will continue to charge you until the lock is removed, we cant remove the lock. I informed the lady that I am out of state and will not be able to remove the lock and I'm sure they have there ways to remove the lock. She continued to say well you will continue to be charged, I asked her for the corporate number and she said they dont have a corporate number, which is is a lie. I have proof that I moved out, i have voice recordings, photos, and time stamps. And I'm so glad I did get this documentation on my vacate day otherwise I wouldnt be able to fight these charges. But I'm going to google the cororape information and speak witht he higher ups and have these charges removed. Its sad that i have to go thorugh all of this instead of the manager and repersentives helping me with this matter properly.

If you want to be gaslighted every 3 months for a price increase without any form of notification, then this is probably the place for you.
I started at $190, and they attempted to increase the price to almost $400 in less than a year.
Awful service, no communication in rental increases, only DAY OF. If you call to complain about the rental increase, they push you to their voicemail, with only an SMS follow-up.
No forms of communication regarding failed payments, but instead jacked up extra pricing. Not worth the money here.
The entire building smells of burnt rubber and elevators constantly make you sick from the smell.
Do yourself a favor and look at other storage spots.
Quick Update: If you try to leave, they will up charge you. They'll also refuse a legal refund and credit which you are owed. This goes against their refund policy.

Very clean area, but raising the prices very frequent sucks. I wish they can just lock you at a rate instead of increasing constantly and making it so expensive. Don’t recommended it. They start you a low price and increase it way too much.
I dont ever leave reviews for anyone but I had to this time ROSIE and EMILEE HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Very tentative and helpful! Gaslight price increases!! My storage unit went up by $200/month with no warning. Absolutely worst customer service. Manager is never available and so ridiculously rude.

The storage is very clean. Entrance is simple. Employees are nice. They could use more carts. That I agree. However, I would of gave them 5 stars if there rent prices were not deciving. Rent my space in March 2022 it was $200.00 a month. A few months later I got a notice it was going up to $330ish then fast forward June 1, 2023 another friendly note in the mail it's now up to almost $450.?? It is way way too much. We are now going to have to look for another facility. I don't know how they can charge new clients $211 and raise rent on existing ones ridiculously. Sure not a way to keep customers. Love the storage but rent prices are forcing us to take our business elsewhere.

We told them that we moved out of the storage they said that they didn’t I was in the hospital gave somebody to try to give them the keys and nobody was there so we left it on the door. I called back a week later and said we’ve been trying to get a hold of you guys to tell you we moved out. You guys never called me back for the last two weeks so then they ended up charging me 600 and something dollars. And threaten me to put it on my credit but I’m very very sick so now I have to pay out of my pocket 600 and something dollars because none of the ploy ease a public storage wanted to listen to us. One lady said I’ll put it on the computer cause I don’t see the keys there so they can drill it out the other she did not say that I said yes she did so very rude unkind never there to make payments never on time when you want to make a payment so they like to make you pay late fees and everything always raising the rent on every six months too much money look for another storage don’t go to them

Horrible smell on the bottom level of the inside of the building. Been here a couple times in the last 2 weeks and how are they not doing anything about it? Can't even avoid it because it hits you once the doors open!!

Where to start this is my first time renting a storage unit. So i knew nothing except it was climate controlled but Denise and Lori helped in every way possible ,i had to get a bigger unit it was super easy. Signing up for a unit is fast this place has all the bell and whistle's and above and beyond excellent and experienced customer service. Highly recommend this location, my only problem is i cant give yall more starts 10/10

ROACHES!! They have roaches here. Do not get units here. I have to move my entire unit. I found adult roaches near my unit and on the floor near my unit.

I showed up around 10:45am and no one was on site or in the office. I called the number on the door which brought me to an operator, Richard, who put me on hold for 5 minutes to get a hold of the manager and never got back to me :/

I really like this storage location. The customer service is really great. The girls are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The only downside I’ve had to this location is when the elevators go out. My goodness is it a nightmare. Please keep the doors to the stairs unlocked when having to use the stairs. I got stuck twice and had to walk around the building to re-enter because I couldn’t get in. Side note: visit early morning or late evening, it’s almost impossible to get parking during the mid morning to afternoon hours.
