Needed an urgent unit, got it from them then couldn’t gain access to it with all the codes they gave me so I had to quickly go somewhere else. Called the “manager” crystal and she was SO UNHELPFUL. Wouldn’t even give me a customer service number nor a refund knowing their employee told me I had until 9 (was there at 6:35) so I find the number and call customer service and the policy is if it’s within 24 hours you get a full refund which they processed for me. This place will scam you even out of their our policies. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else like I did!

Tried to view a storage but nobody was there! I called and got someone who wasn’t on site either & tried to find the person that was supposed to be there but no luck. All in all, a big waste of time. I found another storage a couple blocks away that was professionally staffed, showed me their available storages & even offered a discount. Much better service & security just down the street!
I had issues with locking device on my unit since February, which a work order was put in but never followed up on. Last week I went into the office and spoke with Wendy who looked into my concerns and put in another request for the fix, was very helpful and didn’t just say what I wanted to hear as I have experienced with other employees on-site. Wendy is an asset and provides top-level customer service!
I give this place 5 stars because this property is clean well taken care of. My unit is easy to access, and I never have problem's renting here. Margie always greets me when I'm passing by my unit.
i visited this property yesterday to put more things into my unit and pay my monthly bill. The office smelled nice and Margaret was attentive and sweet. I really like renting here!

It's so refreshing to actually leave a positive review for a public place. This Public Storage is in a good neighborhood and it's right off the freeway! This location really improved once they replaced that one toxic employee Damien with the delightful Margie. She has been so helpful with all my questions and concerns. And always greeted everytime. And Jen, is so friendly and always making sure that place stays clean and tidy. I definitely recommended this location. And am really going to miss keeping my stuff here.

Very polite and informative
Booked online for the special rate, and received confirmation of $25 due at move in. The lady at the front desk was in a horrible mood because everyone called in sick so she got called in from San Bernardino. She couldn't find the gate combo and the lights in the hallway wouldn't work so my husband had to use his cell phone light. Got back to the office ready to sign paperwork and the amount due had magically increased by nearly $35. Oh, the confirmation did not include all those hidden fees. What a scam !!!!!

I got a storage canceled within 3 hours.they didn’t return my money that same day.they said it would take 3 to 4 weeks to pay me back.
