I have stored my items at the storage for over 6 months now. The customer service, facility, and staff are excellent—above and beyond. There are two staff members (Kiani and Mezell, the spelling may be incorrect) I have interacted with since I am out of state, whether it was billing or checking on movers, and access to the facility was extremely well taken care of.

Excellent experience all around. The facility is very clean, well maintained, and feels secure, which gave me a lot of confidence storing my belongings here. What really stood out, though, was the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff.
Everyone was friendly, available, and very knowledgeable about the facility and the policies. The rental process was handled quickly and efficiently, and they made sure all of my questions were answered.

Two things to know though.
First the storage area does have a strong odor from the pest control in use. Which can be a bit overwhelming if you're sensitive to smell.
Second the facility is NOT 24/7 accessible. If you are on property after 9pm you won't be able to use the gate exits without calling their help line and you will get a warning on your account that too many late exits will get your rental terminated. Just a thing to keep in mind, as there are no clocks or warning alerts to let you know it's close to 9pm and you need to be out BEFORE 9pm.

This is a long overdue review. I’ve been a tenant here for 2 years. This month was exceptionally rough and I was a bit late on my payment. Luckily, I was able to make the payment before the lien fee occurred. I called to confirm the payment was received and I spoke to Andrea who was an absolute gem. She was knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. She looked at my account and was able to reduce my rent slightly which makes a huge difference. She also waived my late fee and applied it to next months rent. This small act of kindness and compassion was a blessing. Also this facility is well kept, safe, and I highly recommend renting here!
Kyle was extremely diligent in helping us find the right storage. I made a couple of mistakes doing it online and he helped correct them with no issues. He was also very transparent about pricing and fast to answer any questions I had. It made The whole experience, pleasant and easy that’s all I was looking for that day !

Upon moving back home I needed. Inside climate controlled unit. Since rent is high and space is limited storage here has been amazing. They even have bathrooms and never had issues finding carts…
All the people who work at Public Storage Cupertino are pleasant and efficient. The facility is well organized and kept clean . Every interaction is professional and clear. I spent several days there working on a project there and I always received excellent service. They notice and take care of every detail.

Russell, manager, was very polite and professional. The facility was clean, newly built, and big. He explained in detail about pricing. He was very friendly which my bad previous impressions of the Co. totally changed. The only thing I was disappointed was I had to buy another new lock; I already had 5 their locks. I understood my cylinder locks couldn't be used for a security reason. Next time I will use this place again.

I had a wonderful experience with the team here, especially Keoni and Matthew. My scheduled move-out date happened to fall on the same day as my billing cycle, and when I asked about it they went above and beyond to help. They made sure my rent was fairly refunded and took the time to confirm my updated address so the check could be mailed correctly, since my previous address wasn’t accessible.
Both of them were professional, kind, and extremely accommodating throughout the process. It made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. The Cupertino Public Storage facility on Valley Green Drive is excellent! It is clean, modern, well maintained, and efficient to get in and out with its proximity to Sunnyvale Saratoga/DeAnza, 280, and 85. Having bathrooms and a water fountain are a big plus as it can often take quite a while to load, unload, and organize belongings in storage units. Its large lobby makes it easy for me to roll in and out with large loads.

I just recently started a storage unit at this space. The facility is clean, well maintained and well lit. I have come during the day and also stopped by at night and I felt pretty safe. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, answered my storage questions, and were available both onsite and over the phone. Z, Kiana, Matt are great!

It's my family's first time renting a storage unit, and after over a month of visiting numerous units in the Saratoga / Cupertino / Sunnyvale areas, we got a unit at this location last week and so far, have been unexpectedly delighted about the process and unit!
The first two things that stood out about this storage complex were also the ones that drove our final decision:
1) this building feels new, secure, and consistently well-cleaned
2) Keoni at the front desk is an absolute delight to work with!!
Going into this storage unit search, I was extremely skeptical that I would find even mediocre customer service and expected to be dealing with sales reps where it feels obvious that their only goal in the conversation was to get me to sign up for a unit asap. And I did find plenty of that in several storage locations.
But working with Keoni felt like I was chatting with a trusted friend! I went to each location with a measuring tape (to get the actual size of the units I saw, not just the "Estimated Size" the business provides) and a long list of questions (e.g history of reported break-ins or security incidents, history of reported mice or rodent incidents, cleaning and maintenance frequency, insurance coverage details, security camera coverage, move-in + move-out process overview + fees, moving cart availability, parking, access control + hours, climate control temperature and humidity details, wall and floor materials, payment methods / autopay, lease length / how long the price is fixed for, online account control, etc). In most places, a lot of my questions were brushed off or the person just said they didn't know.
But not Keoni! She patiently gave me the most thorough answers to everything, all with a smile and lots of energy! Even when she (inevitably) didn't know some detail, she would try to find out and call me back later with answers and/or give me the closest information she did know! She also proactively provides actual helpful information and answers questions that I'm thinking of but haven't even asked yet (e.g. the weird bumpy white stuff on the ceiling isn't some kind of mold growth, it's fire retardant and was intentionally added there!).
The only downside I've seen so far about this location is that the prices are higher, and based on other reviews, seems like the prices are hiked by a lot after about 6 months. But personally, if we can continue working with Keoni there, and the building's cleanliness continues to be how it is, the higher prices definitely feel worth the peace of mind you get from quality facility and A+ service!

I give this property a 11/10 . Clean , caring and fast . I not only needed some information about units available and sizing but information about transferring my units state to state because i am moving . Keoni really kicked it up a notch for me and i am so glad i landed her on my phone call. Great work cupertino .
Used this place last year. Came back literally for the service. Front desk had trouble getting a promotion to work for the unit I was trying to get. They used real teamwork & even stayed calm and collected as a random customer came storming in interrupting a staff meeting, and what sounded like harassing other customers.
I am fortunate to have met Jesse,who was very patient on his first day of work here and helped me resolve all kinds of issues. The environment here’s great, and rental price is also very reasonable comparing with SF.
Keoni, the property manager, had been super helpful. I’ve been a tenant for over a year. During the time the rent increase went up twice. I was about to move out but noticed that the facility was running a special at a rate lower than what I am paying now. She helped me do the paperwork to move into my new space and made every effort to keep the new unit in the same floor. The big pain was moving all my stuff from one unit to another, but if it can save me $80 a month, it was worth it.
Also Keoni was the person that helped me a year ago when I first moved in. Super helpful!

First and foremost this facility has the best ALL-STAR TEAM EVER! Here’s a quick story, I needed my storage lock removed because I lost my keys.
But the problem was I needed the lock removed in 2 days because I had a flight to Florida to catch and I would not be returning any time soon. At first I was informed the process usually takes about 7 days to complete.
At that moment I felt as if my life just ended, but once I explained the situation to the representative Keoni this INCREDIBLE ROCKSTAR TEAM put in a rush and got my lock removed the SAME DAY!
I can’t thank this team enough for their dedication and support! As I’m writing this from the airport, to Keoni, Naida, Rodney, and James thank you all for everything and keep up the excellent service! You’re all amazing!!
Clean, very helpfull. Love this place if payment doesn't keep going up or will have to leave.& go elsewhere! We were never told that the payment would keep going up every 6mos or so. That was the reason we left our last place. We will have to get out asap if it does. Very sad as we actually like this place until then. If we had know it, we would have moved sooner. Will be looking for cheaper unit as we are 78 years old and on a fixed budget. Can't afford any rate hikes! Very sad!😫🙏😁

I just set up an account here and I was helped by Keoni. I don't write a lot of reviews so when I do write one, it means I went through an experience that really stood out. Keoni was extremely helpful and on top of things, very energetic, and very personable. She knows the building inside and out and we were able to strategize the best location for what I was trying to accomplish. I also want to add that when I arrived she was on the phone with a customer who had an issue and was upset, and I overheard her handling the interaction very well, acknowledging the customer repeatedly, maintaining her composure as she explained options, and moving towards a solution that considered what they needed. Throughout this call, she took moments to check in with me and another customer and repeatedly let us know she would be right with us, so she did not leave us hanging. I appreciated that a lot because typically customers will be ignored when an employee is dealing with an issue. Keoni then focused 100% of her effort towards us when it was our turn and I was able to get into a great unit at a great deal. She also walked me up to the unit and made sure everything was prepared for me on the spot so I could start moving my things in right away. The entire time she was very upbeat and easy to talk to. I strongly recommend this location because the employees are on top of their jobs and they are focused on customer service as the first priority. If I was still a manager in retail I would be recruiting her right away and/or offering her a competitive salary to keep her as an employee. She is one of the rare ones!
Biancha did a fantastic job helping us to rent the correct size of storage during May. It was the first time we rented a unit and we made the wrong reservation for a small unit (5'*5'). We didn't find out the mistake until we saw the unit and the office was about to close. Thanks to Biancha's great service that we were able to change to a larger unit with the registration rate. If not with her help, we won't be able to move our stuff the other morning with the scheduled moving company. Also, this is a new clean place to store stuff and we definitely recommend it. This review is for Public Storage in Cupertino. It’s relatively new and they have lots of spots available. Got a good deal during Memorial Day sales. Keoni is great to work with! We went the day before and she showed us the options available and was very helpful during the move. We needed a bigger unit and she helped facilitate that as well. Compared to the service at other locations, I would definitely recommend working with Keoni.

This place is new, clean and very secure. The location is easily accessible, right off the freeway. The rates are also one of the lowest in this region. Keoni helped me with moving in, and she is one of the kindest and most helpful receptionist I've ever met. Absolutely like this place!
