Great place to have a storage very clean the staff is always polite and they keep the facilities in good shape. Sometimes hard to find someone in the office but they do show it for appointments.

The customer service from the property manager I had at the time of MY rental, was really poor. Constantly, trying to pick a fight or cause an argument for absolutely no reason.
The woman would get upset when I moved my own things, by myself to a new storage facility, as if I needed or required assistance of some kind to move my own things.
She even got up early one morning to confront me inside the gate, while I was in the process of moving out, minding my own business, focused on my own schedule and process of moving out in the time I was permitted, so that extra $$$ was NOT spent on empty storage spaces.
In fact, she was so abrasive, she literally got in my face and nearly spit on it, as if to cause a fight. It was really an unpleasant, experience.
Ms . Sierra was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend her . She did an outstanding service at public Storage in Concord.

My storage unit was broken into twice, the person working told me "maybe it's someone who doesn't like you," after he had just waited hours to let me know that i had to put the entire contents of my storage back into the unit with about two hours left until they close. The other employees have been nice ever since my unit was broken into, but had previously been kinda rude to me each time we interacted. Raise the prices all the time too

At first, I had trouble trying to get a unit on line. So I went to the office and got a unit the old fashioned way.... Face to face with a real live person! The young man that helped me was very helpful and made sure I understood everything. I was real happy when he rang me up and my cost was $22 less than my on line price! My 10 x 10 unit is a great deal at a damn good price.

I was very upset due to the loss of a job and my home needing a place to store my belongings unfortunately Her storage did not have The size storage I needed So she went over and beyond to make sure that I got a reservation online at Martinez miss California. I was very fortunate to be able to meet Vianca Gonzalez. Anyone who meets Vianca Gonzalez will get the best customer care and help. She is a blessing for me. I had to come and meet her in person so, I told her I was come to her store for packing supplies. Such as boxes packing paper and tape Wardrobe boxes. I was happy that I came in in person. Once again I left with a happy face.

I'm new to this location, but Public Storage on Arnold Industrial has been so great so far. I got a good price and a very clean and well lit unit. The property manager went out of their way to contact me when I needed an answer. Will be staying here for as long as I need storage!!
I can’t stand this storage facility. I had my unit broken into and nothing was done about it except whatever I did on my own with no help from the employee there. Very disappointing. Would not recommend renting here unless you want to be overcharged and underserved. Spend your money elsewhere.

I was truly impressed with Mario and Vianca customer service and courtesy shown to me upon my arrival. The property was clean, orderly and well maintained. There was no trash and junk on the property as other storage places have. Their customer service friendly attitude was great. They where very patient with my uncertainty of which unit to choose that would accommodate my belongings. This was truly a pleasant experience that I had to share.
On the first day of helping a DISABLED VET, whose in a WHEELCHAIR, move his things in here and w/ no rules gone over, no lease signed, we get stuck in there and tried calling 1-800 number posted for help and TWICE after waiting 45mins the call dropped on us! The next day they call him, as we're still moving stuff in, 1st w/warning it can't happen again, but then call a2nd time to tell him his stuff needed to be moved out now and no refund for rent paid!! Then, when told that's fraud, the mngr. said, if we had stuff out by that night, he'd refund most of his money. With ALL THE TIME & $ SPENT ON UHAUL ALREADY (*1st night he took a loss due to gate code, given online didn't work, we didn't trip on them about this, but should've.) HE NEITHER COULD AFFORD TO KEEP the uhaul or ask us to miss more work to move it all again, so he told them no we will stay, since its paid for. Now, after being told I couldn't park my car in parking lot, outside of gate while unloading truck, to park on the street, they called PD and had my car towed!! Costing me well over $500 to get out!!? IS THIS REALLY HOW WE SHOULD TREAT EACH OTHER, MUCHLESS OUR VETS??! BIANCA( *store employee), you should be ashamed of yourself, bc your community surely is!!

Thank you for the quick and safe, easy access storage unit! Just what I needed to put my belongings for a month or 2, now I’m moving into my first home! Vianca and Mario were very helpful to my answered questions. And polite!
public storage made the process of moving much more easier. warm welcoming staff made me want to recommend others to this specific Public Storage..
I just moved from Southern Ca to Northern Ca and had to find a storage unit. When I called to confirm my unit I spoke to Mario. He was very nice and very helpful. Due to having problems with the move I had to postpone my move in a day later and was not sure I reserved the right size unit. When I finally arrived, Mario was an amazing help with getting me the right size unit and making sure I had everything I needed to move into my Unit. He even came by while moving my stuff into the unit to see if I needed anything. Mario needs to get more than 5 stars.

The light in my unit had went out and I called and spoke to Vianca and she was very nice and helpful on how to have my light fixed. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mario and Vianca. They both were very friendly and fixed my light ASAP.
Just booked my 5 x 5 space at this location and worked with Mario at the front office. Mario was super friendly, helpful, well informed and toured me through the space which is very clean both inside and out. Love the coded access and they provided the lock for this size space (not sure of the other sizes). My space is on the far side, but carts are provided to wheel things in and out and it was very easy. I needed a little extra time to check out a few things and ended up booking online which actually got me a better price, so consider this for sure. It was very easy to do...and everything is texted or emailed to you for contactless booking, if that is a preference.
