I had a horrible experience with public storage on del amo not only were they rude and unprofessional they allow for people to leave there dogs in a closed storage for hours poor dogs were crying and barking all day that's not right the manager should be more responsible and not allow this animal abuse to happen someone should look into that. But there is a guy with long blond hair that is rude and racist so watch out

This place is an absolute joke. 4 months after I moved into a 10X20 unit they raised to the fee by 30%. I complained and they delayed the price hike for a few months now they're doing it again. It's a bait and switch. Borderline Criminal. DO NOT USE PUBLIC STORAGE. Also, there is never anyone in the office and the wait days to return calls.
Too dang expensive. Prices seem to go up constantly in a short time.

At my storage, Del Ami, someone almost never there
I usually don’t write a review, but I felt like I had to. I’ve been to multiple Public Storages and I have always had a problem with them. But this one was different every time I had an issue, this wonderful lady I think her name was Patty was always there to help me out. She is respectful and always attentive. Overall I would definitely recommend this location.
