My one and only storage place for the past two decades. Good location, climate controlled, and the best employees, like Kevin. I kept thinking my monthly rent was high, and wanting to keep my business, he immediately requested my account be re-evaluated. He saved me over $100 a month just like that. Customer service at its best. Also, he cleared up a credit card issue I had and was beyond friendly. That's why I stay. Thanks again, Kevin, for providing awesome service and Public Storage for keeping my things safe!

Griselda and Kevin have great customer service, place is very clean and feels safe
Terrible experience here. I came around 2pm and there was no employee there to help open up my friend’s storage. We had to come back an hour later and luckily someone was there. Then we wanted to throw a couple bags away but the dumpster is locked, when we asked the guy to open it he refused. There are no other trash cans on the property so we had to take the trash with us.

Love public storage! And especially the Hollywood Way location! They’re always clean and well maintained, very upfront about their pricing structure. Love the climate controlled units at Hollywood Way (they also have drive up units). And they have the best staff as well! Always helpful and friendly.

All is can say is WOW!!!!! I had the best experience with storing at this location! I’d just come off an extremely stressful move and I had the pleasure of working with the District Mgr. Tom Dickens and his employee Kevin! Tom worked so hard to help me navigate my situation and Kevin, even stored something away for me that I absentmindedly left outside of my unit. I can’t say enough about these two gentlemen. They not only brightened my day but they truly lightened my load. And as for some logistics, the place is clean as a whistle, plenty of parking, excellent access to dolly’s and any other tangible support you need to make your move in/out smooth as butter!
