I think this public storage location is very nice. All storage businesses raise the rate every few months. This one's price is reasonable. I like their technology. The app can open and close the gate without getting out or remembering the code. The manager is also very nice and civilized.

I’ve used Public Storage units a number of times over the years but have never felt inclined to leave a review. Danny at the Imperial Highway location was incredibly kind, helpful, and overall professional. You would’ve thought he was the owner of the property. He explained every step of the sign up process, pointed out every charge in detail, made sure I was able to get into the gate with both the app and the gate code, proactively sweeped out the storage to make sure it wasn’t dusty, and even called me to inform me I had dropped my wallet in the unit. I wish every Public Storage had a Danny. Moving is stressful enough but this made it easier. Best experience renting a Storage Unit by far.

Came in a while back to get unit tour and quote for a storage unit. Dale was very knowledgeable and professional and made me feel right at home. I ended up going to a location closer to my home but still used public storage because of the experience I had here.

I was robbed of everything back in 2013. Bought one of their locks and one day returned to find my lot empty. I was setup by the workers there. Be careful and don't by their locks.

Be aware that the prices they advertise do not show additional costs you are required to pay. There is an "administration fee" "lock fee" "mandatory insurance fee" that are only disclosed after they have collected all of your personal information. Insurance fee? Shouldn't the storage facility be responsible for keeping items stored there for a fee safe? I am sure a class action lawsuit will be filed against advertising one price..and then tacking on fees after they have collected all personal information.
