I am not impressed by the reviews from other patrons. I have had the worst experience at this location. When I first rented I had my own lock and used it. I was instructed to drop their lock in a specific area and I did per Danny's instructions to get the reimbursement. I never got my reimbursement and Danny on 3 different days told me he wasn't able to do it. Now he has been indifferent to me and rude. I dont recommend this location or the staff.

I just had to come on here and say that I LOVE Danny at Brea, Public Storage. I was so frustrated and a little upset because I thought I might have to make some changes, but Danny's helpful and kind demeanor and attentiveness, along with his impressive professionalism helped me through my problem and took a load of stress off of me. I cannot recommend PS enough, and with employees like Danny, I will be a forever customer! Amazing service and a beautiful human. Thanks Danny!

Had a great experience at this Brea Public Storage location...A very nice employee by the name of Danny greeted me.... He offered great service today... I recommend this location...I had a few requests and he managed to execute them diligently. He custom made a storage plan to fit my budget...ask for Danny because he goes the extra mile to make Public Storage the place to go !!!

Danny went above and beyond to give me a tour of the facility and to answer every question/concern I had about security, hours, and just about everything else I asked. Explained everything in detail to assure I was satisfied. No matter how small or big the question was Danny was very thorough. Could really tell he loves what he does for Public Storage and the man knows what he’s talking about! If your on the fence about storing with Public Storage make sure you talk to Danny as he made comfortable wanting to store my items at the location. I’ve stored at many other locations in my years and this is hands down the most comfortable I’ve been with a facility and their security and their on site team!! I didn't get the girl's name, but she was very helpful. I was so confused on how to access my storage unit. She went above and beyond to show me how, and exactly where it was located. This was on the 14th of December. The place was also very clean and climate control was perfect. Thank you again.

I got a call from Danny. He called me and informed me that my storage unit was not locked properly. In a panic, I drove to the storage unit and was so relieved that nothing was missing. I thanked him and tried to tip him.. but he wouldn’t take it. I was impressed to hear that they do lock checks on a daily basis here and Danny said he was just “doing his job” … we need more people like him. Thanks Danny!

Love this location. It’s so clean and I feel like my things are very safe. Also, Katherine was amazing! I came close to closing to put a few things in my unit (not knowing she was closing the location soon) and she went out of her way to help me.

This is a great facility. We've had a storage unit with Public Storage for the past 20 years (on and off). I have to say that Katherine is a pleasure to work with, she goes the extra mile for the tenants.

Sbeidy is the best! I’ve been in & out quite a bit lately and she is extremely attentive to the property. The restroom and outside surroundings are always clean when she’s on site. She is pleasant and professional. I have had a unit way longer than expected and the other staff I have encountered, should be more like Sbeidy.

I just wanted to keave a review about this place. First off Sbeidy is helpful and easy to talk to. Although I did not rent or reserve a space today. She was extremely helpful and answered all the questions that I had. Thank you Sbeidy!!!

Love it just wish i had earlier and later access

This place is out to flat out ROB YOU. We have been trying for weeks to remove my fiances belongings while he is stationed on the other side of the country. They first removed his military status even though he has been in the military for 5 yrs and tried to sell off his belongings then after months of going back and fourth they STILL haven't updated his military status. "We care customer service" certainly DOES NOT CARE because 1. nobody EVER answers the phone and 2. They were trying to tell him that he wasn't in the military. After speaking to countless employees, multiple unanswered and unreturned phone calls his mom went down to the location to pay and remove his things from the unit only to be told that he needed to make her an authorized user on his account even though he had already done so prior to her trying to access the unit and after doing so they still denied her access. NOW they acknowledge that she was an authorized user and that everything should be updated, but because someone in the office dropped the ball...several times...they want to charge us $150.00 to access the unit because it is now the 5th. This charge should not even be there to begin with because She brought the units balance up to date and should have been granted access when she came to clear the unit before the 1st of the month but it is PUBLIC STORAGE'S fault that we are in this position in the first place. And to top it off they refuse to pro-rate the amount to make up for THEIR mistake. Save yourself the money and headache and just go down the road to the 4 other self storage.
