Such a pain in my a**, gate never worked through the app or even on the pinpad, couldn’t access it when needed and lost sale on some of my solar panels because of this place, there’s never anyone there or anyone in the office. Don’t recommend this place
Very unhappy with this storage facility. They have taken the carts that you must have to move goods to your storage unit and put it in the office which is so far from your units that it’s unusable. The manager on site was less than helpful. I said how do I get this to my unit and she said oh I guess youll have to push it. Ridiculous! I’m searching for a new place now. Have been here for years, but this is unacceptable.
I had so many questions and was a bit frustrated but Marrah attended to every need I had and resolved everything. Make sure to ask for Marrah!!! Thank you for all your help!

Lacie is awesome!!! It is so great to walk into a business and be welcomed by a nice and knowledgeable customer service representative!!! Lacie helped us determine our options for our immediate and future needs. It was so refreshing to talk with a CSR that is a “people person,” which has become more and more rare. We will adjust our visits to our unit as much as possible to when she is in the office.
We also appreciate the clean environment and use of a cart to move items in and out of our unit. Will definitely keep recommending this location.

Raises the rent by 20% or more every six months, while offering lower rates to new customers. We now pay 70% more than 1.5 years ago. Outdoor units get filled with dirt when they clean the parking area. Never fixed the insulation hanging into the unit after I repeatedly requested it.

I would make it 10 stars if I could! Lacy went above and beyond my expectations. She went out of her way to get me into a climate controlled 10x7.5 storage unit at her location.
I visited her office a month before I needed the unit and left my contact information so she could call me if a unit I wanted became available. After missing one vacated unit due to high online demand, she used her ingenuity to swap me out of a unit I rented (right size but not cooled) into a cooled one before it could be reserved by someone else online. Great customer service!!

I want to thank Lacie at the Tanque Verde location (9201) for going above and beyond in customer service. She found a key that was unrelated to the storage facility, looked into it and found that we were the only ones in the area in the last day. She called me right away and I was able to identify it. This was a very important key that would have been difficult and expensive to replace, I didn't even realize it was missing. Thank you Lacie for the excellent customer service that went above and beyond the usual care of her facility

We have been renting here for a couple years. Lacie has been most helpful and accommodating to all of our needs. She is fantastic to deal with and has a true customer service attitude. The units/grounds are clean and well kept. We feel our items are secure and the climate controlled units are worth the minor extra cost.

Had to find a storage unit to put some of my furniture in for me and my roommate. Called the Tanque Verde to see if they had the space and thankfully they did. Lacie helped me out tremendously even though I was on a time crunch to get everything done. Walked me through everything and answered all my questions.
Having had prior experiences with self storage facilities over the years, I was totally surprised and pleased with the professionalism and courtesy that Lacie showed today when I opened a new account for a storage space. I know it can be a trying job sometimes but she was so upbeat and informative I felt like family and that means a lot to me. She took me through the signup procedure, explaining all the nuances of the contract and "rules of the road" and took me to see the space to make sure I knew where it was. It was clean, well lit and ready to go. I was also surprised by the way she expressed her pride in keeping the entire facility neat and clean, even to the point of apologizing for a missing cart and knowing where the others could be found. Reality is, Public Storage is an extension of your home and often personal items end up being stored there for various reasons and it is comforting to know that folks like Lacie are looking out for the renters' best interest. It is sincerely appreciated.

After only 6 months, Public Storage raised my rental rate from $190 a month to $260 a month. Unfortunately, notification was sent to the wrong address so I was unaware of the increase until I received my credit card statement. As we are retired and on a fixed income, this was an increase we simply could not afford I called and spoke to Samantha B. who immediately disputed the increase for me. Within 24 hours, my rate had been restored to the original amount. 5 stars and huge kudos to Samantha B. & the Tanque Verde/Bear Canyon branch, 1 star to corporate for their outrageous price increase after only a few months.

I have been a long time patron of this facility. Although I have moved farther away from this location I choose to continue my service here. The premises are clean and secure, I feel safe when I am accessing my unit. The staff really do care about their clients. Samantha A, recently contacted me to review my account. Through our discussion she was able to make an account change that will greatly help me. It is this kind of service that makes me glad I store my valuables here.

Do not rent from this place! Not only did they raise the prices after 6 months.. We paid for AC unit and the last 5 months its been broken and they keep giving me excuses and say they will call and follow-up ..never hear back..No reduction of price...they offer to give you another unit but its up to you to move or hire someone to move a houseful of furniture! Terrible customer service!

I honestly picked the best storage unit to use. Donielle and Michaela are so positive and more than willing to help with even the smallest things. Michaela was quick with setting me up and answering all of my questions in their entirety when I first was setting up my storage unit. I had an issue accessing my storage unit and when I called the office Donielle was quick to hop into her golf cart and come down to assist me. I’m glad there are such nice people working here! I got lucky with this public storage location.

Mistakes happen, and ultimately the district manager resolved the issues I was having in a straightforward manner. Dealings with the staff have been convivial, if not always productive. All in all a good facility with friendly staff.
My advice, as with any business dealings, keep your own records and make notes.
