Avoid at all costs! They will lure you in with promos then raise your rent every 6 months like clock work!! And if you question the office about a charge they go from sweet to rude in 0.6 seconds. There is an amazing, bigger and cheaper storage company at Wilmot and Broadway!!

I have had my belongings in storage here for 10 years - I know, that's a long time to be paying for storage. However, when I left Tucson, I was not able to take all my things with me to Virginia. In fact, I even had to surrender my dog to a local animal shelter. But during this last 10 years, I can honestly say that I was watched over very professionally and empathetically, especially when there was a slight flood in the unit. Public storage stepped up to the plate and everything was taken care.....10 star professionalism. Thank you very much Public Storage, and thank you Dianna!

This is my first time utilizing a rental storage and I didn’t know where to start. Marrah and Dianne were very helpful! They answered all my questions and explained every step to me. They were very helpful and kind! Have had a great customer experience here.
I have always had a great experience with public storage in the past that is why I decided to use them again. However this it was not as pleasant. I went in and helped my mother get a unit with them and spoke to Ashley, we were going to pay for the full year with the monthly charge set at $171.71 final cost after taxes and insurance. Ashley told us not to. She refused to allow us to pay for the year, and said it wouldn't make a difference as long as we kept paying the monthly rate is fixed for the year anyway and wouldn't be any cheaper paying for the year. We informed Ashley we had the money to pay for the year, and wanted to pay the year to not have to worry about payment. She said no, just pay month to month it wouldn't change the price and then if you move out of the unit before the year is up you wouldn't have to deal with the reimbursement process. We finally said ok, but payed for a couple of months instead. Then after 6 months are rent increased. We went back in and was able to get a 3 month adjustment, and was told to come back for another. Now we are being refused the next 3 months adjustment and have to pay full price, a $53 increase, for the remaining time. I am very unsatisfied and may not use them again in the future. Be ware of this when shopping for your unit.

I reserved the rental online and was supposed to be there by 10 am and I arrived late and Lacey helped me sorry if I spelled your name wrong. She was working with another lady she was nice too but I did not get her name. She was really kind and took me on a tour to find my perfect storage unit. She talked with me as if we had been knowing each other for years and made my experience there really easy and enjoyable. Very nice clean facilities and friendly atmosphere that I look forward to using.
I came in today and Diane was a great help!! I had just gotten off work and had my kids with me so they were crazy and she was so kind to them and made them smile. A great help and explained everything throughly.

I was at the 7825 E. Speedway location this week and John Westenhiser showed me the available lockers and reviewed the pricing and terms with me. He was very helpful and I would highly recommend!
The facility was clean and accessing the gate was easy with the app. The administrative side of move out was a smooth process which I was pleased about.
However, there were a couple drawbacks to this public storage location. The climate control was not the most reliable. When I moved in my items in May the AC was functioning but when I returned in August it was warmer indoors than it was outside in the afternoon so unfortunately I had to throw out a lot of heat sensitive items like medication.
Diana is friendly but at times it can be tricky to in touch prompty since the last time I went to the facility on a weekday during office hours no one was there and I was redirected to voice mail.
I would not be opposed to using this storage facility again, but I might consider options better suited for heat sensitive items.
Marrah and Diana are awesome we have been customer’s for going on two years they are helpful and great always smiling awesome customer service!

Diana at public storage helped us out so much when we were locked out of unit. She went above and beyond to make sure we were able to access our unit.
Diane the property manager is extremely rude and confrontational. I received a call about not signing out of the property. She accused me tailgating and I explained to her that I used the app and maybe she should check her cameras. I was walking with my puppy and there was no one even around for me to "tailgate". Her customer service has a lot to be desired and if I had to deal with her on a regular basis I would definitely take my business elsewhere.

It was fast and easy to get a unit. Even when I was not able to finish everything online, Diana was so nice and professional. I only use Public storage facilities. They are always well kept and clean and secure.

We went to rent a storage unit today. The first place smelled weird and the guy behind the counter really wasn't interested in helping us. Night and Day walked in to the Public Storage on Speedway and Pantano and Lacie greeted us with a huge smile and pleasant greeting we could hear across the room. She show us the storage room told us about all the fees and needless to say we got the unit today. Great job Lacie!!!
One of the biggest problems in owning a pickup truck is getting "drafted" in helping people move, I recently assisted a friend with her storage needs at this facility where she had leased a storage locker.
This establishment presented itself as a highly professional business in all aspects.
The secure building is modern and is in excellent repair, free of any noticeable defects, the property is well maintained and free of debris, the highly enthusiastic staff that l interacted with was impressively professional.
IMHO: This establishment exemplifies the difference between customer service and lip service and demonstrated it at level seldom seen.
I can easily recommend this business to anyone in need of renting storage space.
The manager called me to confirm reservation and even extended my reservation date to help make my move even easier.

Dianna was extremely helpful. Made reservation online, technical issue with payment, couldn't take payment over the phone, frustrated having to drive from Columbus location to Pantano just to pay in person because the Columbus location was closed, even though their door sign said open while another handwrittem sign said "closed, please call..." At least after trying to get a resolution to make payment and to access my reserved unit, I was able to set up the lease with Dianna at the Pantano location and she was very helpful and answered my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood the terms and conditions because that's what I needed. Thank you Dianna.

When we shut down our business we didn't know what to do luckily we found a great deal for storage units at this location. Moving was easy the manager was very accommodating and helpful. I like the security of the place even though sometimes it can be a bit nuisance. First time I ever used any storage and so far it's been a great experience.
I went in looking for a unit very unsure but Lacie was beyond helpful with my storage needs today, 5 star service and knowledge. Very appreciative of my experience with not only the company but with the customer service. Would highly recommend!

We went to Public storage this morning on Pantano and speedway and worked with Dianna. She was very helpful and made getting the storage easy!
The girls here are super helpful - just met Lacie today, and she was awesome!! These folks have lots of tips and tricks and are great for advice (when you're moving stuff into or out of storage, there will be ALL kinds of logistical things to consider, what with using rental trucks, how you arrange items in the unit, boxes and materials, and more) - if you have a question or concern, don't hesitate asking one of the ladies here - you might be surprised how much they know!!
Called and asked for pricing on a unit and Sami help answer all my questions she was friendly, polite, and respectful definitely considering them in the future

When I first signed up and went in, the ladies were very nice, but when my next bill came I noticed they added the insurance which I told them when I first signed up I already had insurance through USAA, that’s why I wasn’t charged for insurance when I signed up. I called three times within three weeks and till this day nobody has called me back and I have left two voicemails. It’s very irritating because I remember when I was in the office and the phones were just ringing and they were talking to me, now I know what’s goes on when you need to ask questions or need to talk to them. Trying to take 15 bucks from me seems very sad and pathetic. That’s why I just moved all my stuff out today before the next month and the money that they’re trying to charge me for plus the insurance since I already have it that’s just a cost that they’re gonna have to eat because I’m not paying it. Horrible customer service absolutely horrible customer service nobody there to answer your calls. Nobody to call you back. Nobody there when you need them. Plus when I moved my stuff out, they didn’t even have the carts out. Thank goodness I have my own I guess they just expect everybody to have moving carts in their car to help them move their equipment in and out of the storage units. I would not recommend anybody that I actually care about to store their stuff at this location.

It has been an ok experience..they have double locked my unit 2-3 days before they said they would. And the storage flooded and I was unable to access my things for a month! Not very happy with this place

At university move-out time last spring, another storage company would not honor our online reservation, so we had to scramble for a new unit last minute. I am so glad we found Public Storage! Everything was so convenient, from making the reservation to using the app to gain access to our indoor, climate-controlled, pest-free unit, to the auto-pay feature. My daughter’s items were exactly as we left them, clean and cool. I highly recommend this company!

Don't ever go here and don't ever trust the management I have been storing my stuff there for almost 2 years now never late on a payment always had everything exactly on time my unit was infested with rats spiders and many of the things I've even found a snake I went to the office to get everything taken care of they told me to get the insurance so I did went to do the insurance claim and was told I didn't have insurance long enough to get it so I told management directly that I will not be paying because of the infestation there's now a lien sale on my unit and they're putting it up for auction and I have many family heirlooms and antiques in this storage unit just don't ever store your stuff here they're terrible people

We're not new to Tucson, but new to this storage facility. We find it very clean, more user friendly and secure compared to others in the area. Veronica is especially helpful and knowledgeable.

It was very easy to rent at Public Storage. Veronica, the lady that was there at the time, was very friendly, cheerful and most of all was very knowledgeable and helpful. She listened and explained every details of how the rental process is. Pricing, space and its policy. Veronica was very pleasant to talk to. I think that Veronica is a big asset to the Public Storage Corporation. Prices are reasonable, very, very clean, well kept both inside and outside the property.
The facility manager, Veronica, was very attentive and helpful in obtaining a storage unit.
Recently needed to acquire a strange unit to hold a large majority of my furniture and belongings. I was helped my Veronica who was very kind and helpful. Was able to see and obtain my unit within 20 minutes. The process a was quick and painless. Well... Minus the money part. But what are you going to do about that LOL. Veronica was very transparent about the leasing agreement and fees and just made the whole situation easy. My only thumbs down is the Public Storage app. I've never been actually able to use it. Everytime I try, it says the the network is busy and to try again later. The only other thing I think would make the customers experience better, is for the keypad login to open the gate (from the outside and inside the gate) was accessable from your driver's side window. You yave to pull up, park, jump out of your car to reach it and enter your gate code, or have your passenger get out for you. I'd be nice to drive up and enter it through my window. But I guess they want us getting our steps in.
Relocating to this area from out of state so I called around a few places before speaking with public storage.
I called in to get pricing on units and boxes and **Donielle was so helpful.
Moving is hectic and stressful so it was nice to speak with someone who’s understanding and knowledgeable.

I've rented units here for several years. The staff has been consistently excellent, and the facility is clean and well maintained. I especially like the app that allows access with a few clicks with a cellphone. Not having to get out of the truck to open the gate is much more convenient and especially welcome when it rains.
