kind, knowledgeable and helpful staff at front desk. Only complaint is there should be a golf cart to show units instead of walking in 100 degree heat up to C row & maybe a compliment sm cold water.

This company cares! Karen took extra steps for us and went out of her way to help, I had some sudden life changes, and Karen took the time to listen to me. She went to corporate management on my behalf to help us. The upper management was more than willing to help! I'm thankful to Karen as well as the corporate management. It's not common for a company to do something like this, and I'm forever grateful for Karen at this Tanqverde location and the whole Public Storge company.
This place is clean, safe, easy to access and well maintained. Delia at the front desk is very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous! The only thing I'm not fond of is their pricing model. The 6-month introductory rate is great but when they start doing regular incremental increases, you have to keep an eye on that...

The service here was amazing! As soon as I walked in, Delia was there to greet me with a smile and addressed me by name. We secured a storage unit here last year as we prepared to make our move from Michigan to Tucson. Karen was incredibly helpful! She listened to what we needed and offered up a few units to consider given our timeline and what our move entailed. What we really appreciate is that she's onsite and treats the property as an extension of her home. The facility is always clean and when we stop by our unit (which is frequent as we continue to get ourselves settled) she stops by to say "Hi" and see how we're adjusting to living in Tucson.

I've had a unit here for over 4 years now. The property is always clean and the managers have always been friendly and helpful to me. Recently I had an appointment in Phoenix and I needed access to my unit before I headed up there in the morning. So I asked Karen the manager if she could help me out with this. It's a big ask. I made it to my appointment in Phoenix with the items that I required, from the unit, and it all worked out well. I'm very happy about it. So thanks Karen. This is a good place to store your stuff.
This place is amazing so quick and easy to set up online also the staff is quick to respond for any questions you might have. Premium storage for sure with ac and everything looks very secure they have karts available too which is super helpful. Definitely your moneys worth.

Would’ve stayed but the rent for the unit going up was the major issue for me to make the decision to move my things from the storage, leaving it vacated. The property manager was always great and kind. Very helpful and resourceful. If I ever need a storage I’ll go see Caren at the Tanque Verde Location.
