We have a very similar situation to the below. We rented a unit to fill almost 4,000 square feet of new office furniture at this facility and it was destroyed by rats. The worst part was that Public Storage and their management did not take any responsibility and passed along an insurance policy that covered $150. As a business owner, this was the worst customer service experience I have had with a company.

Mark was very helpful! My friend rented a unit and it got messed up by one women one the phone. When we went to drop off her car there was a separate lady at the desk, at a different location, that wasn't necessarily the most helpful. Mark made the experience way better when we got to McKellips Rd. and was super kind and easy to talk to. We joked that he needed a raise but I guess a google review is all we can really do to assist him. Thanks Mark!!!

Unfortunately, I needed an outdoor unit that I could literally drive up to, and was assigned a back corner, which was unsuitable for my needs. Mark was friendly, helpful, and understanding that I needed to cancel my contract in order to find a more suitable location. Great service. Clean bathroom. I have an upstairs unit it's fit better. Downstairs is so much traffic. The elevator is huge you can just slide your things on and off with the dolly they provide.

You should rent a unit here! The people are so friendly and the facility itself is SO CLEAN! The storage facility I was renting at nearby unfortunately changed management and started doing business in a hugely unprofessional manner that just wasn’t tolerable for my businesss storage needs anymore. I am beyond relieved and grateful to have found a new “home” with Public Storage. A couple years ago I decided against renting here based on one fluke encounter after a long day hunting for the most suitable storage facility. Being with Public Storage for a few months now I’m kicking myself for passing them up a couple years ago. I was able to get a 10x20 unit for less than I was paying for two 10x10 units at my previous facility, can’t beat the prices. It’s amazing that they were open on the 4th of July at all but they were also super understanding about me bringing my puppy with me so I didn’t have to leave her alone during fireworks!! Public Storage is the storage facility you want to rent at!

From call center to manager on duty calling and answering questions to online sign-up, and then switching to bigger unit. Once we got to the Sellitti, I have to say it was a very smooth process. Even like the QR code to scan the app for entrance into the gate. evening, Michael helped us, and it was truly a seamless experience, and very conveniently located.

Prices are prices and move with the market, but I still got a great deal and top notch service from Mike and the staff.
In 15 months' time, the cost of my unit has almost DOUBLED to roughly $209/mo. Several competitors in the area (within 3-4 miles) have the identical unit (10x10, climate controlled) for under $100.
Gouging your longer-term customers in order to offer lower rates to new customers is a terrible way to do business.

2020. Paulette has been such a delight! Not only did she make my experience quick and painless , but she brought a smile to my face on a day I didn't think I could smile . I adore her and the location is a bonus. I travel from central Phoenix and considered switching units or companies , but without her knowledge, Paulette has kept me there . She beautiful , sweet , down to earth and good at her job. She's s gem .
Update : my favorite employee moved in early 2021 and the new staff and Management was awful followed with 3 enormously high rate spikes. .sometime after was my unit broken into and multiple items of both financial and sentimental value had been stolen , and no not just small thing but we're talking furniture, a safe , an outman and stand up jewlery box body mirror , only to be told and informed they keep absolutely NO SECURITY FOOTAGE OR PICTURES on file or for record . So and "investigation " was impossible . After explaining my loss i expressed that i was going to move my things to the current manager .Michael, who told me directly that as long as my things were out the before the end of the day on the 7th , i wouldn't be charged for another money . Guess who just got a bill from collections for public storage? I did. Crooked, dishonest, and disgusting . Do not take ur storage to this location. If you find yourself even one day late they will open storage"record infor for auction" then forget to save it and steal your things, and then charge you for it to!
