Terrible! False advertising & stalking workers who don’t read contracts before calling you. They make you pay on the 1st of each month for a full month even when you moved in at the end of the month. Don’t believe the advertisements go to U-Haul instead.

Very bad management! There is a woman who says she's the manager, but it is extremely rude and condescending. They never answer their phone line or return voice messages calls.

TJ made renting a storage unit a great experience and fun! This place is clean and a great deal! I definitely recommend renting here!

Shady storage place with poor climate control, in addition to horrible access and gradually increasing fees. Since starting to rent a unit, the price has very gradually increased. Most recently since it was sold to a different company as they mentioned after having issues with valid payment methods (they're the ones that blamed it on the transition). When you try to reach your unit, you will be faced with very tight entrances. If anyone else is around, good luck. Especially because if it's after they close, there will only be two carts. The place is also so incredibly shady looking that you'll feel like you're taking your life into your own hands because someone's going to pop around the corner and mug/murder you. Also, their climate control isn't actual climate control. I have another public storage unit that I just got, and this one is the only one that feels like you're just entering a sauna when you go inside. So if you love heat, want your valuables to sit around in absurd heat and humidity, have incredibly poor access if anyone else is around, this place is absolutely for you!

Found water damage in a 2nd floor unit after a storm. Also dark old facility. No places to park while unloading except to pull up in front of doors. No dollies in sight each time we were there. Had to bring our own. The guy at the front made a point of telling me not to live in the space, like I looked like someone who would do that. Also he said we could not be in our unit more than 15 minutes at a time. The app worked fine so gave it an extra star.

TJ is terrific. Building is always spotless. He is so helpful. He is professional to say the least and always a pleasure to deal with.

The units are clean and the front desk is very helpful, especially when TJ is working. I was able to sign up for a unit online and access it same day.

I was dreading the idea of renting a storage unit, but TJ, the manager on duty not only made it easy, he made it the best part of my moving experience. There is more to renting a space than I thought (I was way off on my sizing needs) but it ended up being fast and painless and I really appreciated the friendly and professional service.

In my experience of moving I’ve ran into a lot of Managers that did not put in the extra work to make customers feel comfortable, but let me tell you. TJ is by far one of the greatest and most helpful workers ever. He has been very helpful with me and he has always did what ever he could to make sure I was comfortable. We need more people like him. I don't usually leave reviews and almost never give bad reviews but avoid this facility. Do not store here! Terrible business practices. I vacated unit March 30 but manager/representative did not enter my move out until April 1. For this 1 day, which is Public Storage's error they charged me an extra month--for 1 extra day, which again is their error! They would not budge despite my dispute and correspondences. Now they sent me to collections! Avoid this place! I will never use Public Storage again in my life.

I had been renting a unit with public storage for 4 months. With out any notice I was locked out of my storage unit because I needed to provide proof of ownership over my vehicle I was storing. Over the past 4 months I wasn’t asked for this proof one time. I was very disappointed to find this out. It took several hours to resolve. It didn’t feel good having my property held from me. I have lost trust and confidence in this facility. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I can’t put into words how much I appreciate your service and generosity. In a time where things are incredibly difficult and everything is on the rise you and your company have far surpassed our expectations. Whether this be short term or a one time thing, it didn’t go unnoticed. Bless you and your business. ****Previous Review*** I want to first start with this facility is very clean and the team in person is very helpful in person. My frustration is with 2 rent increases in less then 2 hrs without better notice. We moved from the area at the end of 2020 renting a unit 10 x 10. The unit was originally $178.94 1/1/21 then increase to $190.19 5/1/21, now 6/1/22 we are now paying $253.58 a month. I understand there’s an increase in inflation I understand that everyone is having to raise prices due to the economy. When we have called in the past and left numerous voicemail messages to discuss our concern about the ever-increasing rent no one from the facility has ever returned our calls, no problem calling so say we are late, but not to discuss our concerns. Now here we are with another increase 25%. I don’t like to leave a bad review. Especially when this company has such a great rating. But I am at a loss as we aren’t getting and response and because we don’t live in the area I can’t just walk in to resolve my concerns.

Two price increases totaling 80% in less than 24 months. Upon inquiry I was told it was "because we can". Yes you "can" gouge customers, but some day you may wish you had them back. Very unprofessional way to run a company. I will be vacating as soon as possible.
