I own 3 cars and some holiday decorations that take up too much space where I live and needed some help with some storage. I got to work with Jamie and she has given me nothing but great customer service through 2 weeks of finding the right spaces for all my needs. She has a great attitude and helped me with the entire process in a detailed manner explaining every thing to where it made sense to me. Public storage has been great to me so far as I can now park my other vehicles and also have storage for my holiday decorations. 11/10 service by Ms.Jamie!

107 degree day. If AC in facility was working, it was set to a very warm temperature since it was uncomfortably hot in the facility. We overheard several people complaining about the temperature & lack of flatbeds. There were only 2 flatbeds in entire facility which were being used during the 2 hours that we were moving boxes. We are over 70 years old & could not carry 30 boxes to the car without a flatbed so dashed over to Costco to buy a handtruck. Our son told us that there has been only 2 flatbeds for several weeks. For this service, we are paying over $400/month. We have complained to Public Storage & left a message with the manager of this facility.
I promise they are the worst. They give you multiple rates on the same units at the same location with in minutesof trying to book them. The website don't work, its trash. I end up going with another company everytime. I don't even know why I waste my time with trying them in the first place. It's just ugh...
sometimes, you just need a friendly voice and caring person. I had struggled mightily (for some reason) to get account details correct from my move in Omaha to Scottsdale. Long hard slog...that was complicated by all kinds of my messy stuff being less than optimal. Janet helped. And helped again. And went out of her way to ensure my very very trying time was much less so. My review of PS generally would be much lower. This is about her. Thank you for your assistance, and especially your kindness.

four times in seven months they attempted to raise my rates 30-50-75-nearly 100%. sick of having to beg them to keep their rates promised for even a short amount of time. no thanks. Particularly when i was supposedly speaking to a "manager" and i asked "do you think this is a good way to do business?"
his reply was very telling: "for us"

Needed a storage unit real quick so I stopped in my closest public storage. I got to speak with TJ and Alex who were very friendly and helpful and made the process fast and easy. the facility was very clean and organized.
Popped into the office for some assistance...Eric and Ashley were extremely helpful . The facility is always extremely clean . Great staff!!

I had a great experience renting from this location. I had reserved a unit online and when I arrived on move-in day discovered it was a little too small. Justin, at the front desk, was very nice and helped us reserve a bigger unit the same day. 10/10 for customer service!
This location has the best customer service!!! Justin was very patient and detail with me and all my 50 questions about the size of the units and what would be the best option to accommodate me for my upcoming move. I highly recommend using this location, he is awesome!

When I got to public storage I was greeted by one of the friendliest people I have encountered in quite some time. Her name is Janet Eklund and she is a representative for public storage. Janet answered all the questions I had with ease and expertise. She was even able to upsell me into a bigger unit, that ultimately fulfilled my needs way better than the smaller cheaper one I was originally interested in. I had a wonderful experience at public storage. Good customer service is unfortunately hard to find these days, but they nailed it on the head when they hired Janet Eklund!!!! I have been needing a smaller unit and Kayla was amazing she showed me the different size units and explained how a transfer would work. Unfortunately they didn't have the size I want on the lower floor but she said she would let me know once one opens up.

Prices can go up anytime! they just increased my monthly fee by 46.00. very disappointing. If u have it on auto-pay , you may not know they increased it. will be searching other companies.
I had an excellent experience storing my furniture at this Public Storage location. The manager provided impeccable service and gave me a great deal on a unit that was spacious. The site is clean, plenty of carts to move your furniture, and located near truck rentals and stores to make the moving process seamless. I cannot recommend this location enough! No complaints!

I came in Public storage today not knowing the procedures. I was greeted instantly by the manager Jeff. This guy has the best demeanor and customer service I have ever experienced. Jeff answered every question I had. He offered to show me every unit he had available in order for me to have the right one. As the gym located across the parking lot from Public Storage, our training often includes what we call "Public Storage Runs." But, we also store a few pieces of equipment there...the PS staff has always been completely professional and we love how clean & brightly lit the facility is! They're great neighbors :) Thanks!!

Great Customer Service
I rented a storage space here when it first opened. I was happy the facility was brand new, clean, climate controlled, in a safe location and less than 5 minutes away from my townhome. I ordered U-Boxes to transfer my items and had to have them shipped and placed in their parking lot for several days and they worked with me and made the process seamless. Word to the wise…make sure you book online for the best rate, if not your rate may be as high as a car note lol. If I ever need another storage in the future, I will rent from them again.
This Public Storage location earns 5000/5 stars! I’ve never seen a storage facility as quiet, clean, brightly lit and secure as this. Definitely 5/5 stars. The other 4,995 stars are owed to the General Manager Jeff. The pride he has for his facility is evident at first glance. Even more amazing is the care and concern he shows for everyone who rents there. He knows your story and offers the most genuine encouragement you could imagine. Interacting with Jeff is the icing on the cake to your visit to manage your storage. Like me, you’ll never ever want to rent storage anywhere else—I promise.
