Paula was very professional and the transaction was smoothly executed
Facility is clean and well kept. On site is friendly but not there much. The one Con with Public Storage is they will raise your rent within 3 months. The discount they give you when you move in is taken away quickly. I downsized to a smaller unit this month and I hope they don't pull that trick on me in a few months. I talked with many other renters there and they all say the same about the rent rise in three months. Just beware.
So helpful and saved me tons of rent by helping me select a better unit.

I’m stressing about my move so I came into the office at the Val vista and germann PS, last minute to get a storage and I was greeted by Eddy. He made my experience quick and easy and made sure to answer all of my concerns and informed me on all things Public Storage as far as me being a customer. Thank for an easy process Eddy.

The first thing I noticed about the place is it's clean. On the wall is a sign that states we care and they do. I wasn't sure what kind of storage I needed but Jessica at the front desk had alot of options for the items I've been hoarding around. Also compared to other places I like the parking setup. The prices are fair and I hope I can stay at public storage for a while.
The ladies in the office, including Jessica, were wonderful when we came in! They were very helpful and informative which made me feel happy choosing Public Storage! Not to mention the sale going on is definitely going to help financially. Thanks again!

I called this place looking for a storage unit. WOW! Could not get a price from the woman she just kept talking. I asked this woman several times the price on units and she ignored me every time. I asked her price and she ignored my questions to tell me useless info. I wound up hanging up on her. What is her problem.
Raised the price from $100 a month to $150 a month 3 months in. Total rip off

I’ve rented from this location twice in the last 2 years ! Carrie and Cayman has been really helpful during my time here. You do need renters insurance, and they do charge you a fee for the lock (19.99)so keep that in mind.
